A alegria do encontro : um estudo sobre o papel dos objetivos na alegria da escola

Abstract

O objetivo central desta investigação foi identificar a alegria na escola. Considerou-se, inicialmente, que a escola é um lugar formado por vários grupos com interesses específicos: alunos e alunas, professores e professoras, pais e mães, direção administrativa e pedagógica, grupo de apoio e comunidade são formadores desta realidade escolar. Cada um deles tem objetivos específicos. A alegria foi identificada nos encontros, ou seja, na satisfação destes objetivos. O fio condutor da pesquisa foi a vida escolar de duas crianças da rede pública municipal de ensino da cidade de Novo Hamburgo - RS. Cada uma delas apresentava peculiaridades no seu desenvolvimento: o menino, deficiência motora grave e a menina, leucemia. Os entrevistados, representantes dos grupos formadores da realidade escolar, que haviam estabelecido relações com estas duas crianças, falaram sobre os laços delas com a escola. Dezoito pessoas, colegas de trabalho e circunstancialmente companheiros de vida, explicaram como era aquela situação. A partir disso foram identificados objetivos que eram avaliados como encontros ou desencontros. Como a escola é um lugar de desenvolvimento, de caminhada, considerou-se que ter alegrias é ter objetivos realizados, é ter encontros. Portanto, o sentido de estar na escola é alcançado, neste momento: realizar objetivos significa ter a certeza de estar avançando no caminho

The main objectiv of this research was to identify the joy in school. I considered, initially, that school is a placa fomled by various groups, with specific interests: students, teachers, parenta, adminitrastration, pedagogiçal direction, workers and community are builders ofthis shool reality. Each one ofthem has specifíc objectivos. The joy was found in the meetings - which is, in the satisfaction of these objectivos. The research's main lhe was the school lide oftwo children from public school in Novo Hamburgo, RS. Both ofthem had peculiarities in their development: the boy has deep motor problems and the girl had leukemia. People who were interwieved in the research, representing the groups that âorm the school reality and that had established a relationship with these two children, talked about their presence in the school. Eighteen people, fellows in the work and - circunstantially - in the lide, explained how was that situation. Ater these answers, the objectivos avaliated as meetings and no-meetings, were identified. As school is a plane of personal development, l considered that the joyness is to have the objectives reached, to have meetings. So, the senso ofbeing in the school is, in this moment, reached: to reach an objective means the sureness ofadvancing in the way.
