The present dissertation is the result of a research in which the main objective is to examine the ways of being a teacher and a student engendered by Educação em Revista (ER) when it approaches entrepreneurship in schools. The specific goals are: to analyze the statements about entrepreneurship that circulate in the RE; examine the ways in which educators are positioned when carrying out practices involving entrepreneurship; highlight the marks that ER attributes to students when involved in activities related to entrepreneurship. The theoretical contributions that support this investigation are linked to poststructuralist theories, especially the contributions of the French philosopher Michel Foucault and his commentators, among which Alfredo José da Veiga-Neto (2000; 2001; 2003; 2009), Pierre Dardot and Christian Laval (2016), Sylvio de Sousa Gadelha Costa (2009), Zygmunt Bauman (2008), Paula Sibilia (2012), Gert Biesta (2013; 2018) and Byung-Chul Han (2017; 2018b) stands out. The empirical material consisted of copies of Educação em Revista - the magazine of the Private Education Union of Rio Grande do Sul (SINEPE/RS). Digitalized copies between the years 2013 and 2020 were scrutinized. The analytical strategy used to operate on this material was discourse analysis, as proposed by Michel Foucault. The results found were grouped into two units of meaning: in the first, called In the plots of entrepreneurship: a new teaching ethos, the emergence of entrepreneurship in the educational scenario is discussed, causing new school practices aligned with this theme teaching. Based on this, a (re)positioning of the teacher is identified, which, when captured by the new ways of living teaching, composes a new teaching ethos. It is observed that this ethos is potentiated by the fading of teaching at the same time that design emerges and configures itself as a fundamental element in this new (com)position of the teacher. In the second unit, entitled In the plots of entrepreneurship: heroes and despots of themselves, the possibility of emergence of new learning subjects is emphasized, considering that one sees entering the practical schools that deal with teaching entrepreneurship. The configuration of a narcissistic subject-student is identified, who starts to be built as a hero who, among other hallmarks, explores himself. It is observed that this ethos is potentiated by the fading of teaching at the same time that design emerges and configures itself as a fundamental element in this new (com)position of the teacher.
