O objetivo do presente trabalho é elencar e examinar as principais divergências entre Eugen Ehrlich e Hans Kelsen sobre o conceito de Ciência do Direito. Para tanto, é realizada uma descrição do panorama histórico-intelectual do Império Austro-Húngaro na virada do século XIX para o XX e uma análise dos pontos principais das obras desses ícones da história do pensamento jurídico. The aim of this study is to enumerate and examine the main unconformities between the ideas of Eugen Ehrlich and Hans Kelsen on the concept of Legal Science. To do so, it conducts an analysis of the Austro-Hungarian Empire historical and intellectual panorama in the turn of the nineteenth to the twentieth century and proposes a review of the main concepts in each of the authors’ works.
