Análise da experiência do usuário no sistema de compartilhamento de bicicletas em Porto Alegre

Abstract

O artigo aborda a complexa problemática da mobilidade urbana em Porto Alegre, destacando os desafios enfrentados pela cidade e a importância de compreender as necessidades específicas dos cidadãos para desenvolver estratégias eficazes. Após analisar dados defasados sobre a mobilidade urbana na cidade, o texto destaca a iminente realização da pesquisa origem-destino em 2023 pela Secretaria Municipal de Mobilidade Urbana, crucial para embasar futuros projetos governamentais. Focalizando na mobilidade não motorizada, os esforços para incentivar o uso de bicicletas em Porto Alegre. Introduzindo o conceito de compartilhamento de bicicletas, a evolução histórica desses sistemas é discutida, culminando na quarta geração, que trouxe avanços tecnológicos significativos. A análise global do cenário de bikesharing destaca a presença crescente no Brasil, com Porto Alegre emergindo como uma cidade ativa nesse contexto. O trabalho apresenta a trajetória do BikePOA, o primeiro sistema de compartilhamento em Porto Alegre, desde sua fase experimental até a operação em larga escala a partir de 2016. Concluindo, o artigo propõe uma investigação abrangente da experiência do usuário, com o intuito de identificar desafios e propor melhorias tangíveis. A questão central do artigo destaca a importância das ferramentas metodológicas na análise da experiência do usuário no sistema de compartilhamento de bicicletas em Porto Alegre, desenvolvendo objetivo geral e objetivos específicos para a condução da pesquisa.

The article addresses the complex issue of urban mobility in Porto Alegre, highlighting the challenges faced by the city and the importance of understanding citizens' specific needs to develop effective strategies. After analyzing outdated data on urban mobility in the city, the text emphasizes the upcoming survey in 2023 by the Municipal Department of Urban Mobility, crucial to support future governmental projects. Focusing on non-motorized mobility, the article explores efforts to promote bicycle usage in Porto Alegre. Introducing the concept of bikesharing, the historical evolution of these systems is discussed, culminating in the fourth generation, which brought significant technological advancements. The global analysis of the bikesharing landscape highlights its growing presence in Brazil, with Porto Alegre emerging as an active city in this context. The work presents the trajectory of BikePOA, the first bikesharing system in Porto Alegre, from its experimental phase to its full-scale operation starting in 2016. In conclusion, the article proposes a comprehensive investigation of the user experience, aiming to identify challenges and suggest tangible improvements. The central question of the article emphasizes the importance of methodological tools in analyzing the user experience in the bike-sharing system in Porto Alegre, outlining the general objective and specific objectives for conducting the research.
