Domínios de transformação agroecológica na agricultura familiar : uma pesquisa exploratória

Abstract

Esta dissertação examina a contribuição das cooperativas agroecológicas associadas à RedeCoop-RS para a promoção da inovação sustentável na agricultura familiar, utilizando a abordagem multinível de transição sociotécnica. O objetivo principal do estudo é verificar a presença de domínios de transformação agroecológica nas práticas dos produtores agrícolas e analisar os estágios de transição agroecológica. Por meio de uma pesquisa qualitativa, foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas com representantes de duas cooperativas, complementadas pela análise de documentos secundários. Os resultados sugerem que as cooperativas apresentam potenciais domínios de transformação que podem viabilizar e fortalecer a transição para a agroecologia no nível sociotécnico. A dissertação também discute as limitações relacionadas à coleta de dados e propõe direções para futuras pesquisas, com o intuito de aprofundar a compreensão sobre o tema.

This dissertation examines the contribution of agroecological cooperatives affiliated with RedeCoop-RS to the promotion of sustainable innovation in family farming, using the multi-level perspective of sociotechnical transition. The main objective of the study is to identify the agroecological innovations implemented in the practices of these cooperatives and analyze the stages of agroecological transition they are experiencing, based on the transformation domains model for agroecology. Through a qualitative case study, semi-structured interviews were conducted with representatives from two cooperatives, complemented by the analysis of secondary documents. The results suggest that the cooperatives exhibit potential transformation domains that could enable and strengthen the transition to agroecology at the sociotechnical level. The dissertation also discusses the limitations related to data collection and proposes directions for future research, aiming to deepen the understanding of the topic.
