Ressocialização do apenado : a dificuldade no retorno à sociedade

Abstract

O tema ressocialização é abrangente em função da ampla gama de fatores e influências. O sistema carcerário é apresentado como uma instituição de controle social para regulamentar a sociedade civil, impondo limites e estabelecendo barreiras ao comportamento coletivo e individual. Esta pesquisa procura suscitar a mítica que envolve o ideal socializador/ressocializador, tendo como realidade o Sistema Prisional, a perda de identidade em prol da instituição carcerária e perante a sociedade, a participação da sociedade no processo de reintegração social do preso, o preconceito da sociedade em desamparo ao egresso, considerando a escassez de postos de trabalho. Procura-se também abordar aspectos intracárcere, investiga-se brevemente a história das penas e suas teorias e a classificação dos presos na realidade brasileira; as penas alternativas, assim como, os estabelecimentos penais, sob o aspecto estrutura, arquitetura, até onde prejudica ou minimiza a conduta no cárcere e o que é oferecido e garantido pelo Estado para que realmente possa existir um apoio ao liberto num sistema penitenciário precário e carente.

The theme resocialization is wide due to the ample range of factors and influences. The prison system is presented as an institution of social control to regulate the civil society, imposing limits and establishing barriers to the individual and collective behavior. This present research intends to seek the mythical that involves socializing/ resocializing. Taking as fact the prison system, the loss of identity in favor of the prison instituion and to society. Society participation in the process of social reintegration of the prisoner, the social prejudice from the helplessness to egress, considering the scarcity of jobs. Were also researched about intra-prison aspects. The history and theories of punishment were briefly investigated; the history of punishment and classification of prisoners in Brazilian reality and also the alternative sentencing. The penal institutions: structure, architecture as far as where damages or minimizes the conduct in prison. What is offered and guaranteed by the state to support the prisoners, and the poor and needy system.
