Esta monografia tem o objetivo de analisar a necessidade de capital mínimo para a realização de atividades empresariais que geram graves riscos e externalidades negativas altas. Será estudada, especificamente, a realidade dos grupos societários nos quais esse fenômeno afeta as sociedades-filhas e em que há dificuldade de imputação de responsabilidade às sociedades-mães. This monograph aims to analyze the need of a minimum amount of capital to conduct business activities that could incur serious risks and high negative externalities. Particularly, it will be studied the reality of corporate groups in which this phenomenon affects the subsidiary corporations and in which it is difficult to make the parent corporation liable on the subsidiary obligations. Particularly, it will be studied the reality of corporate groups in which this phenomenon affects the subsidiary corporations and in which it is difficult to make the parent corporation liable on the subsidiary obligations.
