Televisão e computador: olhares sobre as aprendizagens na Educação Infantil

Abstract

Vivemos em uma sociedade moderna, que muito rápido precisou se adequar a este novo padrão tecnológico, em que o uso do Computador com a Internet e suas ferramentas, abriram as portas com infinitas informações, softwares, jogos, entretenimento à disposição de todas as pessoas, aliados as mídias em geral. Neste contexto o presente trabalho de pesquisa qualitativa, objetivou entender de que forma ocorre o uso das mídias Televisão e Computador em sala de aula na Educação Infantil, com crianças de (03 a 04 anos) de idade. Considerando esta realidade e sabedores que os alunos de hoje já nasceram na era digitalizada e que chegam à escola cheios de conhecimentos e de informações surgiu à intenção desta pesquisa. Procurou-se entender também como estas mídias influenciam as aprendizagens em sala de aula e saber ainda quais os pontos positivos ou negativos do uso destas ferramentas no processo educativo desta etapa de ensino. Visou também identificar como e com que objetivo o professor de educação Infantil faz uso da Televisão e do Computador em sua prática docente. Para a coleta dos dados utilizamos a observação, para conhecer o comportamento e o interesse, além do nível de satisfação das crianças após o uso destas ferramentas. Também realizamos diálogos com os professores e com os pais desses alunos. Com os resultados descobrimos que estas mídias fazem parte do cotidiano das crianças, que eles sabem operar com estas ferramentas naturalmente e não tem medo de utilizá-las. Concluiu-se que os professores precisam olhar e utilizar essas ferramentas tecnológicas como um suporte positivo em sua prática docente, pois não tem como separá-las do dia-a-dia de seus alunos que nasceram nesta era digitalizada.

We live in a modern society, which very quickly had to adapt to this new technological standards in the use of computer with Internet and its tools, opened the door to endless information, software, games, entertainment available to all people, allies the media in general. In this context the present qualitative research study aimed to understand how is the use of media Television and computer classroom in kindergarten, with children (03-04 years) old. Considering this reality and cognizant that today's students were born in the scanned was and who come to school full of knowledge and information came to the intention of this research. Also sought to understand how these media influence learning in the classroom and know even what the positives and negatives of using these tools in the educational process of this educational stage. Also aimed to identify how and for what purpose Child education teacher makes use of TV and computer in their teaching practice. To collect the data we used the observation to understand the behavior and the interest, beyond the level of satisfaction of children after using these tools. We also held discussions with the teachers and the parents of these students. With the results we found that these media are part of children's daily lives, they know how to operate with these tools naturally and is not afraid to use them. We conclude that teachers need to look and use these technological tools as a positive support in their teaching practice, it has no way to separate them from the day-to-day of his students who were born in this era scanned.
