A constelação da maternidade na gestação adolescente : um estudo de casos

Abstract

O objetivo deste estudo foi investigar a Constelação da maternidade no contexto da gravidez na adolescência. Foi utilizado um delineamento de estudo de caso coletivo, com a participação de quatro adolescentes grávidas, primíparas, que estavam no terceiro trimestre da gestação. As adolescentes responderam a uma entrevista semi-estruturada sobre a gravidez adolescente e foi realizada uma análise de conteúdo qualitativa das entrevistas transcritas. Os dados foram categorizados seguindo os quatro temas da Constelação da maternidade: vida-crescimento, relacionar-se primário, matriz de apoio e reorganização da identidade. Sobre o tema da vida-crescimento foi observado maior preocupação com o parto e com sua capacidade de desempenho enquanto mãe. Como ainda estão na gestação, as questões do tema relacionar-se primário aparecem fortemente ligadas as suas expectativas em relação à maternidade e ao bebê, porém algumas participantes demonstraram dificuldades em criar tais expectativas. Sobre o tema matriz de apoio, as gestantes adolescentes contam com o apoio de sua própria mãe, irmã, sogra e outras figuras femininas, além do apoio do companheiro, tanto na gestação, quanto após o nascimento do bebê. Por sua vez, a diferença mais marcante da Constelação da maternidade entre as gestantes adolescentes se deu no tema da reorganização da identidade, onde os aspectos mais salientados disseram respeito a uma reorganização e busca da identidade adolescente concomitante à passagem para o mundo adulto, além de uma reorganização da identidade a nível social.

The aim of this study was to investigate the Motherhood Constellation in the context of teenage pregnancy. We used a randomized multiple-case study, which involved four pregnant teenagers, primiparous, who were in the third trimester of pregnancy. The adolescents answered a semi-structured interview about teenage pregnancy and was performed a qualitative content analysis of the transcribed interviews. Data were categorized following the four themes of Motherhood Constellation: life-growth, primary relatedness, support matrix and identity reorganization. On the topic of life-growth was observed biggest concern with childbirth and with their ability to perform as a mother. How are still in gestation, the issues relate to the theme primary relatedness appear strongly linked their expectations of motherhood and the baby, but some participants demonstrated difficulties in creating such expectations. On the subject of support matrix, the pregnant adolescents have the support of her own mother, sister, mother in low and other female figures, besides the support of her partner, both in pregnancy and after childbirth. In turn, the most striking difference Motherhood Constellation among pregnant teenagers occurred on the theme of identity reorganization, where the aspects highlighted told about the reorganization and adolescent search for identity concurrent with the transition to the adult world, and a reorganization of the social identity level.
