Ações educativas em um hospital de ensino : a efetividade da mudança?

Abstract

No processo de trabalho em equipe, mudanças sempre são difíceis, pois desarrumam modos de ser, ativar e organizar o trabalho. Na saúde, essa dificuldade também se impõe, porque envolve especialização, interdisciplinaridade, especificidades tecnológicas que se inovam continuamente, conforme o avanço da ciência. Por isso se evidencia para aquele que pensa formação na saúde e no trabalho a seguinte questão: as estratégias pedagógicas (formas de Educação Permanente) para trabalhadores especializados proporcionam mudanças na atenção à saúde? Analisar as atividades educativas (Educação em Saúde) que pretendem dar conta das mudanças no processo de trabalho em um hospital de ensino, visto que a tecnologia e os serviços prestados tendem à complexidade. Para tanto, a metodologia utilizada é um Estudo de Caso com abordagem qualitativa. Os dados foram obtidos por meio da observação participante da pesquisadora e de seus registros em diário de campo construídos durante o encontro (capacitação) dos trabalhadores do Hospital Materno-Infantil Presidente Vargas. A técnica utilizada para a coleta de dados foi a de entrevistas semi-estruturadas gravadas em áudio com 6 participantes dos respectivos encontros e profissionais atuantes no Hospital. Os dados obtidos foram analisados utilizando a técnica do Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo segundo Lefévre et al. (2003).

On a team work process, changes are always difficult, because they affect the ways of being, activating and organizing the work. In the health field, this fact reechoes even more, since that covers specialization, interdisciplinary, technology specifications, which are continuously innovating, according to recent scientific researches. Therefore, to the professionals who think about the shaping in the fields of health and work, makes evidence the following question: Do the pedagogic strategies for highly specialized workers provide effective changes on the attention to health? Analyzing the effectiveness of educational activities (health education) which intend to get over the changes on the work process in a teaching hospital, seeing that the technology and the submitted services tend to the complexity, is the main point of this work. For this, the employed methodology is a Case Study, with qualitative approach. Data have been achieved by the participant observation developed by the researcher and her annotations built during the reunion between the workers of President Vargas Hospital. Data for analysis have been produced by semi-structured interviews recorder in audio with six participants of the cited meeting and active professionals of the hospital. The obtained data have been analyzed utilizing the Collective Subject Speach according to Lefévre et al. (2003).
