Este artigo tem como objetivo selecionar os principais indicadores que influenciam o desempenho de um processo de distribuição logístico. Este artigo tem como objetivo selecionar os principais indicadores que influenciam o desempenho de um processo de distribuição logístico. Métodos de seleção de variáveis são analisados de maneira a eleger aquele que melhor se adéqua às necessidades do estudo, definindo as variáveis independentes que influenciam diretamente uma variável de resposta denominada “tempo em rota”, a qual quantifica o tempo despendido pelas equipes para efetuar as entregas.
