As modificações na matriz energética brasileira e as implicações para o desenvolvimento sócio-econômico e ambiental

Abstract

As modificações que devem ser empreendidas na matriz energética brasileira no intuito de torná-la mais eficiente, tendo a preocupação de contribuir para o desenvolvimento socioeconômico e ambiental, configuram o tema de interesse desta pesquisa. Busca-se identificar qual a matriz energética mais adequada para o Brasil, a ponto de que consiga viabilizar o crescimento econômico, promover avanços sociais e contribuir para a preservação ambiental. Para tanto, tem-se como objetivo geral, identificar e analisar as modificações que ocorrem na matriz energética brasileira, avaliando as implicações econômicas, sociais e ambientais. Constatou-se que as modificações previstas devem tornar a matriz menos poluente em termos percentuais; que as nações devem trabalhar incisivamente no propósito de aumentar o acesso da população aos serviços de energia; que os custos de produção de energia renovável deverão ser reduzidos, em função da diminuição do custo de aprendizagem e da inserção de novas tecnologias nessa área. Diante disso, esta pesquisa infere que esforços sejam firmados pelo setor energético para que a matriz brasileira seja composta por combustíveis fósseis (desde que estes continuem reduzindo-se, gradativamente, e acompanhados de investimentos para descoberta de novas tecnologias que permitam diminuir os níveis de poluição atmosférica); de um aumento cada vez mais acentuado na utilização de biocombustíveis e da intensificação (maior que a prevista no planejamento energético) da produção de energia a partir de fontes renováveis, o que deve contribuir para uma melhoria no nível de desenvolvimento sócio-econômico e ambiental.

The changes that must be enterprise in brazilian energetic matrix in the intuit to became more efficient and which has the preoccupation to contribute for the social-economic environmental development, configure the main subject of this search. We try to identify which energetic matrix is more adequate for Brazil, thus, we can achieve the economic development, promote the social progress and contribute for environmental preservation .For this reason, we have as a general goal, identify and analyze the modifications which occur in Brazilian energetic matrix, evaluating the economic, social and environmental implications. We find out that the previous changes must became the matrix less pollutant in percentile terms and also, that the nations must work, incisively, in the proposal to increase the access of the population to the energy services, we also find out that the costs to produce renewable energy must be diminished in terms of the reduction of the cost in learning and the insertion of new technologies in this domain. Consequently, this search infers that the efforts should be established by the energetic sector to brazilian matrix being composed by fossil fuel (since this fossil fuel continues reducing itself , progressively, and followed by investments for searches of new technologies which permit decrease the levels of atmospheric pollution);and also an increasing more accentuated in the utilization of biofuel and the intensification ( more than the prior energetic planning) of energy production from the renewable sources which contribute to the improvement in the levels of socio economic and environmental development.
