As dificuldades para regulamentação da Negociação Coletiva no Serviço Público é o tema do presente trabalho resultante de pesquisa no CEDI – Centro de Documentação e Informação da Câmara dos Deputados no endereço eletrônico informa.cedi@camara.gov e na Seção de Pesquisa de Jurisprudência do STF no endereço pesquisadejurisprudencia@stf.jus.br. O objetivo geral foi analisar os projetos de lei em tramitação no Congresso Nacional na perspectiva da efetivação do processo de Negociação Coletiva no Setor Público Brasileiro e pesquisar junto a Seção de Jurisprudência do STF o posicionamento de alguns Tribunais sobre a Negociação Coletiva no Serviço Público. Para embasar o trabalho, foi realizada uma revisão bibliográfica sobre Negociação Coletiva na Constituição, no Serviço Público e o modelo de Negociação Coletiva Internacional. Finalizando, foram identificados, apresentados e analisados os conteúdos dos projetos de lei que tramitam na Câmara dos Deputados sobre Negociação Coletiva no Serviço Público, as dificuldades que o Governo Federal enfrenta para inserir a Negociação Coletiva nessa esfera e o posicionamento de alguns Tribunais sobre a possibilidade de sua efetivação. ...
