Estudo da logística dos Estados Unidos da América pela inquirição crítica da análise retórica e sua representação no Logistiktheater

Abstract

A pesquisa, realizada no âmbito da tese, aborda a forma como a Polis americana deliberou e executou a Logística desde o período revolucionário até a era do Transformation pós-moderno, utilizando uma abordagem da Análise Retórica e representativa no Logistiktheater. O objetivo central consiste em compreender a obtenção da homonóia e ação da Polis ao lidar com as questões das perspectivas PEPO (Polis, Ecúmeno, Polemos e Óikos) em benefício da Polis americana. Para tanto, propõe-se a realização de uma revisão bibliográfica acerca dos conceitos interconectados às disciplinas PEPO e às noções de Logística, Tecnologia e Ondas Logísticas. Além disso, pretende-se discutir os fundamentos epistemológicos e metodológicos da pesquisa, destacando a evolução do pensamento científico até a Virada Retórica. Ademais, estabelecer-se-á uma Arquitetura de Análise Retórica (AR PEPO) e uma Arquitetura Logística (Logistiktheater). A implementação de tais arquiteturas em discursos fundantes e cenas históricas visa identificar pontos de contenção e avaliar as encenações logísticas executadas pelos agentes (mandarins, grognards, hefestus, boffins e merchants of death). Ademais, a análise das categorias analíticas e domínios interpretativos permite testar a pertinência do modelo explicativo do consenso pragmático americano. A metodologia empregada é caracterizada por uma abordagem pragmática, retórica e poética. O pragmatismo está presente no ajuste das técnicas ao problema, a retórica manifesta-se como técnica inquisitiva (AR PEPO) e a poética se expressa como uma forma expressiva de representação (Logistiktheater). Os resultados da pesquisa indicam que a formação de consensos no contexto da história da Polis americana foi predominantemente impulsionada por um modelo pragmático, o que contribui para a consolidação do potencial e da potência logística que sustentam a hegemonia global dos EUA. As AR PEPO indicam que as aquisições de consenso foram alcançadas forma pragmática e nas encenações do Logistiktheater demonstram as relações de compromisso entre as perspectivas PEPO que atendiam ao interesse da Polis em detrimento da Óikos. Acrescenta-se que as hipóteses auxiliares são confirmadas. Primeiramente, há uma aquiescência das relações entre Logística, Tecnologia e Ondas Logísticas. Em segundo lugar, as abordagens estruturalistas e sistêmicas não capturam adequadamente a dinâmica humana e política dos consensos dos palcos de disputa e legitimação que potencializa a Logística, superadas pela perspectiva retórica inquisitiva e representacional. Ademais, o modelo de Polis americana assemelha-se ao piquenique aristotélico, onde os consensos surgem de barganhas e negociações adaptativas. Finalmente, o estudo questiona as condições herdadas que sustentaram a hegemonia logística americana, sugerindo que, no contexto da pós-modernidade e do neoliberalismo, tais condições devem ser revistas à luz de novos paradigmas retóricos e logísticos.

The research, which was conducted as a component of the thesis, examines the manner in which the American Polis deliberated and executed logistics from the revolutionary period to the postmodern transformation era. This examination employs a Rhetorical Analysis of discourse and a representational approach in the Logistiktheater. The central objective of this study is to understand the achievement of homonoia and action by the Polis in dealing with the issues of the PEPO perspectives (Polis, Ecúmeno, Polemos and Óikos) for the benefit of the American Polis. To this end, it is proposed to carry out a bibliographical review of the concepts interconnected with the PEPO disciplines and the notions of Logistics, Technology, and Logistics Waves. The objective of this study is twofold: first, to examine the epistemological and methodological foundations of the research, and second, to elucidate the evolution of scientific thought up to the Rhetorical Turn. In addition, a Rhetorical Analysis Architecture (AR PEPO) and a Logistics Architecture (Logistiktheater) will be established. The implementation of these architectures in founding discourses and historical scenes aims to identify points of contention and evaluate the logistical staging carried out by the agents (i.e., mandarins, grognards, hefestus, boffins, and merchants of death). Moreover, the examination of the analytical categories and interpretative domains facilitates the assessment of the explanatory model of the American pragmatic consensus. The methodology employed is characterized by a pragmatic, rhetorical, and poetic approach. The concept of pragmatism is evident in the adaptation of techniques to address specific problems. Rhetoric is manifested as an inquisitive technique (AR PEPO), while poetics is expressed as an expressive form of representation (Logistiktheater). The findings of the research suggest that the establishment of consensus within the framework of the history of the American Polis has been predominantly driven by a pragmatic model. This model has contributed to the consolidation of the potential and logistical power that sustains US global hegemony. The ARs PEPO indicate that consensus acquisitions were achieved pragmatically, and the Logistiktheater's role-plays demonstrate the compromise relationships between the PEPO perspectives that served the interest of Polis to the detriment of Óikos. Furthermore, the auxiliary hypotheses have been substantiated. The prevailing consensus within the academic community is that there is a relationship between logistics, technology, and logistics waves. Secondly, the structuralist and systemic approaches are inadequate in capturing the human and political dynamics of the consensus of the stages of dispute and legitimization that Logistics leverages, overcoming these challenges through the inquisitive and representational rhetorical perspective. Moreover, the American Polis model bears a resemblance to the Aristotelian picnic, wherein consensus is formed through bargaining and adaptive negotiations. The study ultimately calls into question the inherited conditions that have contributed to the sustained dominance of American logistical prowess. It posits that, within the paradigm of postmodernity and neoliberalism, a reevaluation of these conditions is imperative, one that takes into account novel rhetorical and logistical frameworks.
