8 de março em jogo : os sentidos de mulher em publicações de prefeituras gaúchas à luz da Análise de Discurso

Abstract

Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar os sentidos atribuídos à mulher em publicações de prefeituras gaúchas realizadas como posts na rede social Instagram em virtude do Dia Internacional da Mulher no ano de 2025. A partir dos pressupostos da Análise do Discurso de linha pêcheuxtiana, o estudo investiga como tais discursos são atravessados por formações discursivas que naturalizam pré-construídos historicamente vinculados às mulheres. O corpus é composto por dez postagens de prefeituras do Rio Grande do Sul, selecionadas com base em critérios de regularidade linguística e diversidade geográfica. Além disso, foram resgatadas as origens da criação do Dia Internacional da Mulher, de modo a recuperar os princípios conectados à luta trabalhista que motivaram essa data. Assim, ao tratar as prefeituras como parte dos Aparelhos Ideológicos de Estado, o estudo destaca a importância de compreender como o discurso institucional atua na constituição dos sujeitos e na manutenção ou deslocamento das relações de poder de gênero.

This study aims to analyze the meanings attributed to the figure of women in the discourse of municipal governments in Rio Grande do Sul, published as Instagram posts on the occasion of International Women’s Day in 2025. Based on the theoretical framework of Discourse Analysis following the Pecheuxtian perspective, the research investigates how these discourses are shaped by ideological formations that naturalize pre-constructed historically associated with women. The corpus consists of ten posts from different cities in Rio Grande do Sul, selected according to textual relevance and geographical diversity. Furthermore, the study revisits the historical origins of International Women’s Day to recover the labor struggle principles that originally motivated the date. By treating municipal governments as part of the Ideological State Apparatuses, the study highlights the importance of understanding how institutional discourse contributes to the constitution of subjects and the maintenance or transformation of gender power relations.
