As características do telejornalismo local no Portal RDC : noticiabilidade e formas de apresentação da notícia

Abstract

O objetivo geral deste trabalho é refletir sobre as características do telejornalismo local a partir da análise do telejornal Portal RDC, da Rede Digital de Comunicação. Para isso, conduziu-se um estudo de caso que articula a pesquisa bibliográfica, a entrevista em profundidade e a análise de conteúdo como parte dos procedimentos metodológicos. Os objetivos específicos são: a) conhecer a história da televisão no Rio Grande do Sul e apresentar o projeto da emissora RDC e de seu telejornalismo; b) compreender as características do telejornal e o conceito de telejornalismo local; e c) refletir sobre os formatos de apresentação da notícia, a localidade das pautas, a frequência de editorias e os critérios substantivos de noticiabilidade no Portal RDC. Conclui-se que o Portal RDC conseguiu articular, em seus diversos formatos de apresentação das notícias, pautas relevantes para Porto Alegre e região metropolitana, principalmente nas editorias de política e segurança.

The general objective of this study is to reflect on the characteristics of local television journalism through the analysis of the Portal RDC newscast from Rede Digital de Comunicação. To achieve this, we conducted a case study that integrates bibliographic research, in-depth interviews, and content analysis as part of the methodological procedures. The specific objectives are: a) to understand the history of television in Rio Grande do Sul and present the project of the RDC network and its television journalism; b) to comprehend the characteristics of the newscast and the concept of local television journalism; and c) to reflect on the formats of news presentation, the locality of the topics, the frequency of editorial sections, and the substantive criteria of newsworthiness in Portal RDC. We conclude that Portal RDC has successfully articulated, in its various formats of news presentation, relevant topics for Porto Alegre and the metropolitan region, particularly in the editorial sections of politics and security.
