Foram obtidos seis compostos inéditos derivados do ácido 2,3-piridinodicarboxílico: ácido N-[2,4-dimetilfenil)- 2-carboxamidal-piridino-3-carboxílico (I); ácido N-[2,5-dimetilfenil)-2-carboxamida]-piridino-3-carboxílico (II); ácido N-[(3,5-dimetilfenil)-2-carboxamida]-piridino-3-carboxílico (III); ácido N-[4-nitrofenil)-2-carboxamida]-piridino-3-carboxílico (IV); ácido N-[(2,4-dinitrofenil)-2-carboxamida]- piridino-3-carboxílico (V); ácido N-[(3-trifluormetilfenil)-2-carboxamida]-piridino-3-car ...
Foram obtidos seis compostos inéditos derivados do ácido 2,3-piridinodicarboxílico: ácido N-[2,4-dimetilfenil)- 2-carboxamidal-piridino-3-carboxílico (I); ácido N-[2,5-dimetilfenil)-2-carboxamida]-piridino-3-carboxílico (II); ácido N-[(3,5-dimetilfenil)-2-carboxamida]-piridino-3-carboxílico (III); ácido N-[4-nitrofenil)-2-carboxamida]-piridino-3-carboxílico (IV); ácido N-[(2,4-dinitrofenil)-2-carboxamida]- piridino-3-carboxílico (V); ácido N-[(3-trifluormetilfenil)-2-carboxamida]-piridino-3-carboxílico (VI). Os compostos foram submetidos ao teste do edema da pata do rato induzido pela carragenina, para determinação da sua atividade antinflamatória, sendo que os compostos mais ativos foram submetidos ao teste da placa aquecida a 50-55 °C, para determinação de sua atividade antiálgica. Os compostos foram ensaiados quanto à sua atividade antibacteriana e antifúngica pelo método de difusão em agar com cilindros em placa sendo igualmente testada sua toxicidade aguda. ...

Six news compounds with original structures were synthetisedfrom 2,3-pyridinedicarboxilic acid: N-[(3,4-dimethylphenyll-2-carboxamide]-pyridine-3-carboxilic acid (I); N-[(2,5-dimethylpbenyl)-2-carboxamide]-pyridine-3-carboxilic acid (II); N-[3,5-dimethylphenyl)-2-carboxamide] pyridine-3-carboxilicacid (III); n-[(4-nitrophenyl)-2-carboxamide]-pyridine-3-carboxilic acid (IV); N-f(2,4-dinitrophenyl)-2- carboxamide]-pyridine-3-carboxilic acid (V); N-[(3-trifluormethylphenyl)-2-carboxamide]-pyridine-3-carboxilic acid (VI). These compounds were tested for antiinflammatory activity using rats paw oedema test induced by carrageenin. The more active compounds were submitted to the hot plate test at 50-55 ºC, to test their analgesic activity. These compounds were also tested for their antibacterial and antifungical activities though the microbiological cylinder plate agar diffusion method.
