Contracolonialidade e necropolítica : a escrevivência periférica-marginal em Via Ápia de Geovani Martins

Abstract

Este estudo analisa a literatura periférica-marginal como forma de resistência e contracolonialidade, com foco no estudo da obra Via Ápia (2022) de Geovani Martins. A pesquisa investiga como literaturas feitas à margem e pelas margens subvertem narrativas coloniais dominantes, promovendo a valorização e a legitimidade identitária e subjetiva de sujeitos periféricos. Logo, a partir dos conceitos escrevivência, de Conceição Evaristo (2020), e contracolonização, de Nêgo Bispo (2023), discute-se a valorização dos saberes marginalizados, dos saberes da terra, dos saberes ancestrais e, sobretudo, o impacto da literatura periférica na desconstrução de estereótipos sobre a favela e seus moradores. Além disso, examina-se a relação entre linguagem, oralidade e representatividade na construção estética dessa obra, identificando e validando seu valor literário e, por consequência, a sua importância para uma educação antirracista, contracolonial e mais diversa.

This study analyzes peripheral-marginal literature as a form of resistance and contracolonization, focusing on the work Via Ápia by Geovani Martins (2022). The research investigates how literature created at the margins and by the margins subverts dominant colonial narratives, promoting the recognition and legitimacy of the identity and subjectivity of peripheral subjects. Drawing from the concepts of escrevivência by Conceição Evaristo (2020) and contracolonization by Nego Bispo (2023), the study discusses the valorization of marginalized knowledge, knowledge of the land, ancestral wisdom, and, above all, the impact of peripheral literature in deconstructing stereotypes about favelas and their residents. Furthermore, it examines the relationship between language, orality, and representation in the aesthetic construction of these works, identifying and validating their literary value and, consequently, their significance for an anti-racist, contracolonial, and more diverse education.
