As dores e os amores das sexualidades deficientes : reflexões auto/etnográficas sobre corpos, sexualidades e deficiências

Abstract

A presente pesquisa parte da teoria aleijada (tradução de Crip Theory, que dá título à obra de Robert McRuer, 2006) e dos conceitos de Matter e Morphē (IRIGARAY, 1985) para refletir sobre a intersecção de deficiência, sexualidade e gênero. Ao longo da pesquisa, raça também se apresentou como um dos pontos nevrálgicos do trabalho. Objetivando compreender as maneiras pelas quais as pessoas deficientes (conceito da tese) vivem e experienciam suas sexualidades, a pesquisa buscou por meio de entrevistas semi-estruturadas, entrevistas informais e análises de sites, documentários e lojas online de produtos eróticos, construir um caminho deficiente da sexualidade. Sendo o corpo-capaz (MCRUER, 2006) hegemônico e, portanto, imposto como padrão, as sexualidades narradas e vividas pelos interlocutores da pesquisa extrapolam uma definição qualquer. Antes, mostram-se indefiníveis, justamente pelos corpos que as vivem. Gênero surge como tangente, isto é, não aparece como foco da sexualidade, ainda que esteja presente nas reflexões das pessoas deficientes sobre suas próprias existências. Raça também se torna basal nessa sexualidade que não se deixa apreender, principalmente por ser esta uma pesquisa realizada no Brasil onde, conforme as interlocuções da pesquisa apontaram, raça tem origens que dão base à perspectiva mesma do que seja deficiência. Assim, deficiência, sexualidade, gênero e raça se entrelaçam, mostrando caminhos e experiências para sexualidades ditas dissidentes e que, por isso mesmo, implodem conceitos já cristalizados como corpo, sexualidade e deficiência, falhando, nos termos de Jack Halberstam (2020), em outras palavras, se tornando originais e escapáveis a qualquer definição estagnante.

This research is based on the crip theory (which gives the title to the work by Robert McRuer, 2006) and the concepts of Matter and Morphē (IRIGARAY, 1985) to reflect on the intersection of disability, sexuality and gender. Throughout the research, race also presented itself as one of the neuralgic points of the work. Aiming to understand the ways in which deficient people (concept of the thesis) live and experience their sexualities, the research sought to construct a disabled path of sexuality through semi-structured interviews, informal interviews and analysis of websites, documentaries and online stores of erotic products. Since the able-bodied (MCRUER, 2006) is hegemonic and, therefore, imposed as a standard, the sexualities narrated and experienced by the interlocutors of the research go beyond any definition. Rather, they are shown to be indefinable, precisely by the bodies that experience them. Gender appears as a tangent, that is, it does not appear as a focus of sexuality, even though it is present in the reflections of deficient people about their own existences. Race also becomes basic in this sexuality that cannot be grasped, mainly because this research was conducted in Brazil where, as the research dialogues pointed out, race has origins that underpin the very perspective of what disability is. Thus, disability, sexuality, gender and race intertwine, showing paths and experiences for so-called dissident sexualities and which, for this very reason, implode already crystallized concepts such as body, sexuality and disability, failing, in the terms of Jack Halberstam (2020), in other words, becoming original and escapable from any stagnant definition.
