Os embalos da música como lazer

Abstract

Este texto segue os embalos da música como lazer e o refrão da canção nos lembra: nós estamos sobrevivendo (we're stayin' alive). Partimos de algumas palavras geradoras para construir relações, formando tríades, enarmonias e ritmos para compor esta escrita. Os dados analisados para desenvolver reflexões sobre envelhecimento, música e lazer são provenientes da pesquisa Envelhecimento e música: o lazer sério em narrativas de amadores/as(KOHLRAUSCH, 2021). A base teórica utilizada foi a Perspectiva do Lazer Sério. A música como lazer sério pode ajudar a encarar os desafios da vida (e do envelhecimento) trazendo benefícios duráveis.

This text follows the rhythm of the music as leisure and the song's chorus reminds us: we're stayin' alive. We start from some generative words to build relationships, forming triads, enharmonies and rhythms to compose this writing. The analyzed data to develop reflections on aging and music come from the research Aging and music: serious leisure in amateur narratives(KOHLRAUSCH, 2021) and the theoretical basis used was the Perspective of Serious Leisure. Music as serious leisure can help to face the challenges of life (and aging) bringing durable benefits.
