Estudantes autônomos e seduzidos pelas tramas curriculares do (novo) Ensino Médio

Abstract

O artigo tem o propósito de analisar efeitos que a flexibilização curricular, proposta pela Reforma do Ensino Médio, produziu nos modos de ser estudante em uma escola da região central do País. As bases teóricas encontram-se nos estudos de Michel Foucault. A parte empírica foi realizada no período de 2019 a 2021 e envolveu a geração de questionários e diálogos online desenvolvidos com alunos do Ensino Médio. A análise mostrou que a flexibilização curricular, mobilizada pela estetização dos espaços e pela variação nas metodologias escolares, gerou discentes autônomos e seduzidos pelas práticas que desejam realizar. Isso pode acarretar esmaecimento do ensino e uma conformação dos sujeitos às regras neoliberais, como a individualização e a responsabilidade pelo seu próprio desempenho.

The purpose of this article is to analyze the effects that the curriculum flexibility, proposed by the High School reform, produced in the ways of being a student in a school in the central region of the country. The theoretical bases are found in the studies of Michel Foucault. The empirical part was carried out from 2019 to 2021 and involved the generation of questionnaires and online dialogues developed with high school students. The analysis showed that curricular flexibility, mobilized by the aestheticization of spaces and variation in school methodologies, generated autonomous students who were seduced by the practices they wanted to carry out. This can lead to a weakening of teaching and a conformation of subjects to neoliberal rules, such as individualization and responsibility for their own performance.
