Articulações entre fonoaudiologia clínica e psicanálise : quando os sons e silêncios podem ter muito a dizer

Abstract

Tradicionalmente, atrasos na aquisiçãoe no desenvolvimento da linguagem são motivos comuns para justificar a busca pelo trabalho de um fonoaudiólogo. Por outro lado, a busca pelo psicanalista costuma ser tardia, devido ao desconhecimento/dificuldade dos pais em reconhecerem possíveis entraves na constituição subjetiva de seus filhos. Diante da importância do olhar interdisciplinar para a realização do diagnóstico diferencial e tratamento integral das dificuldadesde fala e linguagem, este trabalho visa a incrementar o debate acerca do caráter intersubjetivo da linguagem, esperando contribuir para a des-patologização das manifestações de particularidades subjetivas na primeira infância.

Traditionally, delays in language acquisition and development are common reasons to justify the search for the work of aspeech therapist. On the other hand, the search for a psychoanalyst is usually late, dueto the parents' lack ofknowledge/difficulty in recognizing possible obstacles in the subjective constitution of their children. In view of the importance of an interdisciplinary approach to the differential diagnosis and comprehensive treatment of speech and language difficulties, this work aims to increase the debate about the intersubjective character of language, hoping to contribute to the de-pathologization of the manifestations of subjective particularities in early childhood.
