A influência da afetividade no desenvolvimento da aprendizagem

Abstract

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo geral compreender a influência da afetividade e a sua importância para o estabelecimento de boas relações, assim como os benefícios que ela pode proporcionar junto às práticas pedagógicas para a condução de um trabalho efetivo de aprendizagem. É um estudo exploratório que fundamenta-se pela revisão bibliográfica de teóricos clássicos e contemporâneos que têm seus estudos voltados para as questões da afetividade, além da análise de dados coletados através de entrevistas semiestruturadas, realizadas com professores de anos iniciais do ensino fundamental de uma escola pública da cidade de Imbé no Rio Grande do Sul, que aceitaram compartilhar suas experiências vivenciadas ao longo da docência, contribuindo para um aprofundamento e compreensão do tema. O resultado da pesquisa apresentou relatos sobre as atitudes e experiências que demonstram a preocupação com a subjetividade e a realidade do aluno, buscando sempre estabelecer relações de confiança e bem-estar. Os trabalhos das professoras, apresentam métodos de ensino que proporcionam à criança desenvolver habilidades a partir das ações e interações com os outros e com o meio. Diante disso, afirmaram que consideram relevante a influência da afetividade no desenvolvimento da aprendizagem, pois agrega significados à educação escolar.

The present work has as general objective to understand the influence of affectivity and its importance for the establishment of good relationships, as well as the benefits that it can provide together with pedagogical practices for conducting an effective learning work. It is an exploratory study that is based on the literature review of classic and contemporary theorists who have their studies focused on the issues of affectivity, in addition to the analysis of data collected through semi-structured interviews, carried out with teachers from the early years of elementary school in a school public school in the city of Imbé in Rio Grande do Sul, who agreed to share their experiences during teaching, contributing to a deepening and understanding of the subject. The result of the research presented reports on attitudes and experiences that demonstrate the concern with the subjectivity and reality of the student, always seeking to establish relationships of trust and well-being. The teachers' work presents teaching methods that allow the child to develop skills from actions and interactions with others and with the environment. In view of this, they stated that they consider the influence of affectivity to be relevant in the development of learning, as it adds meaning to school education.
