Pancreatite crônica obstrutiva e pancreatojejunostomia terminoterminal caudal

Abstract

Apresenta-se uma técnica de pancreatojejunostomia caudal, que consiste fundamentalmente em incisar por 2cm a parede anterior do dueto de Wirsung e suturar os bordos incisados à cápsula pancreática. O restante da anastomose é realizado de maneira invaginante. O objetivo do procedimento é manter patente a anastomose, que pode ser indicada em casos de pancreatite crônica obstrutiva.

A technique to perform distai pancreatojejunostomy is presented. lt consist in opening the anterior wa/1 of the main pancreatic duct by 2cm and suturing the cut edges of the duct to the pancreatic capsule. The aim of the procedure is to maintain the permeability of the anastomosis that is indicated in chronic obstructive pancreatitis.
