A organização do conhecimento e a inclusão das mulheres na Brigada Militar : questões de gênero e memória documental representadas a partir de uma taxonomia

Abstract

Esta pesquisa aborda a organização do conhecimento e inclusão de mulheres como policiais militares na Instituição Brigada Militar do Rio Grande do Sul, trazendo questões de gênero e representação de conhecimento a partir de uma taxonomia construída com base no acervo. Ao conhecer o histórico da trajetória das primeiras mulheres, este trabalho objetiva mapear a presença feminina em uma organização militar a partir dos documentos de arquivo na atividade de polícia. Para realização deste trabalho, adotou-se o referencial teórico da análise do domínio de Hjørland e Tennis, além de discorrer sobre a representação do conhecimento e sistema de representação do conhecimento. Foram adotados como corpus desta análise boletins internos da companhia feminina do período de 1985 a 1993. Por meio desta documentação, poderá se verificar uma maneira de representar o conhecimento ao construir um sistema de organização do conhecimento, a taxonomia. Para o desenvolvimento da taxonomia, foi elaborada a análise do domínio da inclusão desse grupo de mulheres dentro da instituição militar com intuito de que essas informações possam ser representadas e contribuir com a organização do conhecimento ao trabalhar gênero e registros de arquivo no meio militar.

This research addresses the organization of knowledge and inclusion of women as military police officers in the Brigada Militar Institution of Rio Grande do Sul, bringing gender issues and knowledge representation from a taxonomy built on the basis of the collection. By knowing the history of the trajectory of the first women, this work aims to map the female presence in a military organization from the archival documents in the police activity. To carry out this work, the theoretical framework of the analysis of the domain of Hjørland and Tennis was adopted, in addition to discussing the knowledge representation and the knowledge representation system. Internal corpus bulletins from the female company from 1985 to 1993 were adopted as the corpus of this analysis. Through this documentation, a way to represent knowledge through a knowledge organization system, taxonomy, can be verified. For the development of taxonomy, the analysis of the domain of inclusion of this group of women within the military institution was elaborated in order that this information can be represented and contribute to the organization of knowledge when working on gender and records in the military environment.
