O objetivo no presente trabalho é discutir a ética universalista de Immanuel Kant, que propõe uma lei moral universal, com validade para todos os seres racionais, inclusive para homem. The objective in the present work is to discuss the universalist ethics of Immanuel Kant, that proposes a universal moral law, valid for all rational beings, including the man. Three questions guide our research, namely: 1) How is the categorical imperative, the expression of the moral law, possible for man?; 2) How can the moral law determine man's will?; and, 3) What happens in the subjectivity of man?
