Custo aluno e a suficiência de investimento : estudo de caso no município de Teutônia

Abstract

O presente trabalho consiste na apresentação de análise documental sobre a suficiência do custo aluno anual no município de Teutônia. O estudo teve como objetivo verificar se o custo aluno definido no âmbito federal de fato supre os investimentos necessários para que a educação seja mantida no município de Teutônia. A pesquisa caracteriza-se como quali-quantitativa, tendo como etapas: levantamento bibliográfico e documental, entrevista semiestruturada junto à servidora da secretaria de educação, análise documental e redação do texto final. Na análise de dados diferentes pontos de vista foram confrontados junto ao referencial teórico estudado, onde se identificaram como principais conclusões que a sistemática de divisão do recurso financeiro não está ligada diretamente a qualidade educacional, sendo possível afirmar que o recurso não é suficiente para o financiamento da educação nos anos iniciais no município em estudo. Além disso percebe-se que é necessário um investimento maior por parte do ente federal em todos os níveis educacionais.

The present work consists in the presentation of documentary analysis on the sufficiency of the annual student cost in the municipality of Teutônia. The study had as objective to verify if the student cost defined in the federal scope of fact supplies the necessary investments so that the education is maintained in the municipality of Teutônia. The research is characterized as quali-quantitative, having as steps: bibliographical survey, production data with the secretary of education, documentary analysis and writing of the final text. For the production of data a semi-structured interview was conducted with the professional that participates in the research. In the analysis of data different points of view were confronted next to the theoretical reference studied, where they were identified as main conclusions that the system of dividing the financial resource is not directly linked to the educational quality. And it was also possible to realize that the resource is not sufficient for the payment of education in the initial years in the municipality under study. In addition, it is perceived that a greater investment by the federal entity is necessary in all the educational levels.
