Ambientes virtuais sua importância em uma aprendizagem significativa

Abstract

Trata-se de um estudo de caso que se dedicou à busca de uma metodologia de ensino apoiada em um ambiente virtual de ensino (AVA), de forma a comprovar e permitir uma aprendizagem concreta e significativa. O AVA MOODLE (Modular Object Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment ou, em português, ambiente modular de aprendizagem dinâmica orientada a objetos) é o ambiente virtual de aprendizagem utilizado neste trabalho. Após uma pesquisa das condições de ensino e aprendizagem em escolas do município de Charqueadas, podemos perceber que a forma de ensino que vem sendo utilizada não contempla mais os alunos de hoje e suas habilidades e necessidades. O aluno está sendo subestimado. De posse de dados anteriores à utilização das tecnologias de informação nas escolas e a obtenção de novos levantamentos realizados após a utilização de ambiente virtual como apoio à aprendizagem, é verificado que a apropriação de conhecimentos, de forma significativa, ocorre quando atualizamos a forma de ensino e fazemos uso de ferramentas as quais nossos discentes estão mais habituados com a sua utilização. Os resultados obtidos após o ensino ter sido desenvolvido e planejado com o apoio destes ambientes, permitindo ao aluno, o acesso aos conteúdos estudados em qualquer lugar, a qualquer momento e com a possibilidade de rever tudo o que foi trabalhado em um mesmo lugar, ou seja, no MOODLE. Foi possível observar também que, tanto professores quanto alunos sentem-se mais motivados, instigados e curiosos para com a utilização destas ferramentas digitais, mas não somente pelas ferramentas, percebe-se que o interesse pela aprendizagem dos conteúdos lecionados, antes colocados em segundo plano, agora são procurados com satisfação e empenho pelos alunos.

This work is a case study that has been dedicated to the search of a teaching methodology supported in a virtual environment of teaching (AVA), in order to prove and allow a concrete and meaningful learning. AVA MOODLE (Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment) is the virtual learning environment used in this work. After a research of the conditions of teaching and learning in schools of the municipality of Charqueadas, we can see that the form of teaching that is being used does not contemplate the students of today and their abilities and needs. The student is being underestimated. With data prior to the use of information technologies in schools and the collection of new surveys carried out after the use of a virtual environment to support learning, it is verified that the appropriation of knowledge, in a significant way, occurs when we update the form of teaching and we make use of tools which our students are more accustomed to using. The results were obtained after the teaching was developed and planned with the support of these environments, allowing the student access to the studied contents anywhere, at any time and with the possibility to review everything that was worked in the same place, that is, in MOODLE. It was also possible to observe that both teachers and students feel more motivated, instigated and curious about the use of these digital tools, but not only for the tools, it is noticed that the interest in learning the contents taught before placed in the background, are now sought after with satisfaction and commitment by the students.
