Projeto de mesa magnética para uso em centro de usinagem CNC

Abstract

O objetivo deste trabalho é projetar um suporte magnético para uso em centros de usinagem CNC. O suporte servirá como apoio para que as peças a ser usinadas possam ser fixadas de modo rápido e eficiente, economizando tempo passivo gasto na fixação e setup de peça, aumentando assim a produtividade, e possibilitando a obtenção de peças com tolerâncias mais apertadas. O campo magnético do suporte é gerado por bobinas elétricas. Esse campo foi calculado através da análise teórica dos esforços envolvidos que determinavam a força de corte atuante na peça pelo fresamento. Com a força de corte determinada, foi possível calcular a força magnética necessária para garantir a fixação da peça, dimensionando assim o circuito magnético utilizado.

The objective of this work is to project a magnetic pallet for CNC Machining centers. The magnetic pallet will provide a fast and efficient fixture for the machined parts, saving out fixturing and machine setup time, increasing the production rate, and obtaining parts with tighter tolerances. The magnetic field of the support is generated by an electric coil. This field was calculated through the theoretical analysis of the efforts involved that determined the force of active progress in the part for CNC milling. With the calculated forces, it was possible determine the magnetic force needed, and the equivalent magnetic circuit.
