Sobre as rendas furadas, mas ainda rendas

Abstract

Este trabalho de residência foi inspirado na práxis habilidosa das rendeiras do Ceará, para falar simbolicamente das rendas da Reforma Psiquiátrica, Rede de Atenção Psicossocial e Rede de Atenção psicossocial da Gerência Distrital Leste Nordeste. A Renda Bonita trouxe como temática a Reforma Psiquiátrica, elaborada a partir de uma revisão de literatura com textos trabalhados nos seminários teóricos da Residência. A Renda que se Quer foi realizada com a temática da RAPS, uma revisão das leituras e textos discutidos no cotidiano dos campos de trabalho. E o último capítulo, a Renda Furada que foi feito inicialmente uma revisão de pontos da RAPS apresentados nos sites da secretaria de saúde da prefeitura de Porto Alegre. Posteriormente uma apresentação do distrito leste nordeste onde está a UBS, que atuei como enfermeira residente em saúde mental coletiva. Traz como recursos parte do percurso formativo desta profissional que escreve, para elucidar e identificar de onde saiu a opinião e assim inserir o método, o relato de experiência com mesclas do que se viu e viveu na rede. Foram extraídos fragmentos do diário de campo desta residente, método utilizado como forma de cuidado do residente nesta Residência em Saúde Mental Coletiva, como também como forma de avaliação da mesma no percurso formativo. Como os títulos e subtítulos já dizem, existe uma renda bonita, uma renda que se quer e uma renda furada, que a atenção básica em saúde tem atuado de forma muito potente, alinhavando os buracos e assim promovendo saúde mental coletiva.

This work of residence was inspired by the skilled praxis of the lacemakers of Ceará, to symbolically speak of the incomes of the Psychiatric Reform, the Psychosocial Attention Network and the Psychosocial Attention Network of the Eastern District Northeast Management. The Beautiful Income brought as a theme of the Psychiatric Reform, which was elaborated from a literature review with texts worked in the theoretical seminars of the Residence. The Income that is Wanted was realized with the theme of the RAPS, a review of the readings and texts discussed in the daily life of the labor camps. And the last chapter, Renda Furada, which was initially made a review of RAPS points presented on the websites of the health department of the prefecture of Porto Alegre. Subsequently a presentation of the northeast eastern district where UBS, who acted as resident nurse in collective mental health. It brings as resources part of the training course of this professional who writes, to elucidate and identify where the opinion came from and thus insert the method, the experience report with mixtures of what was seen and lived in the network. Fragments were extracted from the field diary of this resident, a method used as a form of care of the resident in this Residence in Collective Mental Health, as well as a way of evaluating the same in the training course. As the titles and subheadings already say, there is a beautiful income, a desired income and a stale income, that basic health care has acted in a very potent way, aligning the holes and thus promoting collective mental health.
