Participação na gestão democrática : um sonho possível

Abstract

O presente Trabalho de conclusão do curso de especialização em Gestão Escolar na Faculdade de Educação da Universidade Federal do RS, onde procuramos aproximar nossos estudos sobre a Gestão Democrática da Educação e a participação da comunidade escolar da Escola pesquisada; tendo como objetivo principal a participação na Gestão Democrática da Escola; Objetivos Específicos - Estimular a gestão democrática da escola através do fortalecimento da participação da comunidade escolar; - Construir o Projeto Pedagógico, através do fortalecimento o seu envolvimento, implementado na Escola pesquisada - Introdução, Participação da comunidade escolar com o propósito de reconstruir o Projeto Político Pedagógico da Escola de maneira coletiva e verdadeiramente participativa. Partes: Gestão democrática onde procuramos realizar o que é e como vem sendo desenvolvida na escola pesquisada, Projeto político pedagógico como o caminho a ser percorrido com a participação do coletivo e como está hoje nesta escola, participação na escola sua importância e como vem sendo desenvolvido, possibilidades de mudança. Participação e gestão democrática da educação, refletindo entre teoria e prática, onde ocorre o paralelo sobre o que foi estudado e a realidade dessa comunidade procurando identificar avanços e dificuldades e as considerações finais onde colocamos as percepções e objetivos alcançados através desse trabalho. O referencial teórico utilizado foram Carlos Jamil Cury, Demerval Saviani, Vitor Henrique Paro, Carmem Moreira de Castro Neves A pesquisa utilizada foi pesquisa- ação que possibilitou a intervenção dentro de uma problemática social, analisando-a e anunciando seu objetivo de forma a mobilizar os participantes, construindo novos saberes.

Participation and democratic management of education, reflecting between theory and practice, where parallel on what has been studied and the reality of this community seeking to identify achievements and difficulties and closing remarks where we put the perceptions and goals achieved through this work occurs. The theoretical framework was Carlos Jamil Cury, Demerval Saviani, Vitor Henrique Paro, Carmen Moreira de Castro Neves The research used was action research that led to the intervention within a social problem, analyzing it and announcing its goal to mobilize participants, building new knowledge.
