Gestão democrática e desafios para a escola inclusiva

Abstract

O presente trabalho tem o propósito de investigar como acontece a gestão democrática e práticas inclusivas mediadas pelo problema de pesquisa: Analisar as perspectivas e práticas de inclusão em uma escola pública a partir dos princípios da gestão democrática. A Gestão democrática direito à educação e práticas inclusivas requer participação ativa nas discussões, acompanhamentos e avaliação. Tais práticas necessitam ser realizadas com responsabilidade, compromisso coletivo tendo como objetivo geral estabelecer no Projeto Político Pedagógico da escola possibilidades de conhecimento que venham a se concretizarem diante das dificuldades e dos avanços dos alunos incluídos no ensino fundamental a luz da Gestão Democrática da Educação e como objetivos específicos dialogar com a comunidade escolar; pesquisar conteúdos que tragam conceitos, fundamentos e experiências inclusivas; coletar informações com a comunidade escolar sobre conhecimento que analisam ser fundamentais para os alunos incluídos no ensino fundamental. Em uma abordagem metodológica qualitativa de pesquisa ação, buscou-se refletir sobre construção das relações democráticas em ambientes onde as práticas desenvolvidas comprometem os envolvidos identificando problemas e buscando soluções para os mesmos. Diante do que foi realizado, considera-se que a gestão democrática na escola exige atuação, participação, comprometimento, redefinição do papel do diretor para tornar o Projeto Político Pedagógico verdadeiramente inclusivo com concepções claras de currículo, planejamento e avaliações que atendam as necessidades do aluno incluído.

This study aims to investigate as in the democratic management and inclusive practices mediated research problem: How to build knowledge and realize the same in the face of difficulties and progress of students including elementary school at the Pedagogical Political Project based on the Education Democratic management and community participation of the school in this process? The Democratic management right to education and inclusive practices requires active participation in discussions, monitoring and evaluation. Such practices need to be done responsibly, collective commitment with the general objective of establishing the Pedagogical Political Project school possibilities of knowledge that will materialize in the face of difficulties and progress of pupils included in elementary school the light of Education of the Democratic Management and how specific objectives dialogue with the school community; search content that bring concepts, fundamentals and inclusive experiences; collect information with the school community on knowledge that analyze be fundamental for students included in elementary school. In a qualitative methodological approach of action research, we sought to reflect on the construction of democratic relations in environments where the practices developed compromise involved identifying problems and seeking solutions to them. Given what has been accomplished, it is considered that the democratic management in the school requires action, participation, commitment, redefinition of the director's role to make the Pedagogical Political Project truly inclusive with curriculum clear conceptions, planning and assessments that meet the student's needs included.
