O desrespeito a dignidade da pessoa humana frente à execução penal

Abstract

Esta monografia teve por objetivo, demonstrar a real crise do nosso sistema carcerário, os reais motivos que o fizeram chegar a esta falência e o que pode ser feito para modificar esta situação, diminuindo a reincidência, que se torna uma constante, pela falta de oportunidades de emprego, que possibilite ao apenado se reintegrar à sociedade com dignidade. A intenção foi demonstrar que, se houver vontade por parte de nossos governantes, esse quadro ainda pode ser mudado. É preciso prevenir antes de punir, dando estrutura para pessoas envolvidas com os detentos, sejam pessoas engajadas na ressocialização dos mesmos. Que tenham salários adequados, para evitar que sejam corrompidos pelo sistema. É preciso também, rever as nossas leis, que atualmente ferem todos os princípios fundamentais como a dignidade da pessoa humana e da presunção de inocência. Que elas sejam cumpridas em benefício do detento e de toda a sociedade, já tão enclausurada e descrente na Justiça.

This monograph aimed, demonstrate the real crisis of our prison system, the real reason they did it come to this and what can be done to change this situation, decreasing recidivism, which becomes a constant, by the lack of job opportunities, enabling the apenado rejoin society with dignity.
