Futebol e mulheres no Brasil : a história de vida de Aline Pellegrino

Abstract

Esta dissertação tem como objetivo analisar a trajetória de Aline Pellegrino, em três alicerces de construção deste trabalho, a sua trajetória como atleta de futebol, treinadora e diretora de projeto social. Esta pesquisa está fundamentada na perspectiva teórico-metodológica da História Oral e história de vida, a obtenção de informações foi realizada através de entrevistas com Aline, bem como de consulta ao seu acervo pessoal, como fotografias, reportagens, diários, dentre outros materiais. Foram realizadas quatro entrevistas com Aline Pellegrino e também a catalogação do material disponibilizado por ela. A análise das entrevistas e do material em questão foi organizada considerando os objetivos desta pesquisa e o referencial teórico, surgindo, assim, três eixos temáticos para a elaboração das análises. O primeiro discute a inserção de Aline na modalidade e como consolidou-se a sua trajetória como atleta, o segundo centra-se no que diz respeito à sua atuação como treinadora de uma equipe de futebol de mulheres. O terceiro contempla a sua experiência como diretora de projeto social e a sua atuação em diversas frentes de empoderamento de mulheres por meio do futebol. Ao analisar a trajetória de Aline Pellegrino, percebeu-se como ocorreu o processo de formação da atleta na década de 90, o seu início no futebol de alto rendimento demonstra a defasagem existente na formação de atletas de futebol de mulheres, que ainda não possui espaços de formação em categorias de base. Outra problemática vislumbrada através de sua trajetória é a inserção das mulheres em cargos de comando técnico em equipes de futebol e as dificuldades em manterem-se no cargo. A invisibilidade vivida pelas mulheres no futebol também pode ser evidenciada no meio acadêmico, em vinte e cinco anos de pesquisas nas revistas mais conceituadas da área da Educação Física, apenas vinte e oito artigos versavam sobre a prática do futebol de mulheres pela ótica das ciências humanas, enquanto que os trabalhos sobre a história de vida de mulheres atletas de futebol foi encontrada apenas uma publicação. Na mídia esportiva, algumas jogadoras retratam a importância de lutas de movimentos sociais, tal como Aline vem fazendo ao apropriar-se de um movimento coletivo como é o Guerreiras Project, atuando, desse modo, na busca por igualdade de gênero não só no futebol, mas em todos os âmbitos da sociedade.

The main goal of this dissertation is to analyze the life trajectory of Aline Pellegrino with three ground work, her trajectory as a football (soccer) player, as a coach, and as a director of a social project. This research is based on Oral History theoretical methodology perspective and life history. The collecting of information was done through interviews with Aline as well as with her personal collections, such as pictures, interviews in the news, journals, among other materials. Four interviews took place with Aline Pellegrino as well as cataloguing of the material she made available. The analysis of interviews and of the material was organized considering the goals of this research and the theoretical background, with three main themes showing up in the analysis. The first discusses the insertion of Aline in the field and how her trajectory as an athlete was consolidated, the second theme deals with her role as a coach of a women‟s soccer team. The third theme deals with her experience as a director of a social project and her leading role in many women empowering movements through soccer. By analyzing Aline‟s trajectory it was perceived how the process of forming the athlete took place in the 90‟s, how she started in high performance soccer shows how much was lacking in the formation of women soccer athletes which still do not have appropriate spaces for forming athletes in base categories. Another problem seen through Aline‟s trajectory is the insertion of women in commanding/coaching positions within soccer teams and the difficulties of keeping the position. The invisibility of women in soccer is also evident in the academic field. In a research of a timeframe of twenty five years in the most respected Physical Education journals, only eight articles discoursed about the practice of soccer among women through a humanity perspective, while only one research about women soccer players‟ life was found. In the sports media some female athletes‟ portrait the importance of fighting in the social movements like Aline is doing when taking part of a collective movement such as Guerreiras Project, this way, looking for gender equality not only in soccer but in all aspects of society.
