The present study aims to present a project work which focuses on preschool English teaching for five-year-old children enrolled in a private bilingual school located in Vale dos Sinos, Rio Grande do Sul. The study will introduce a brief literature review on the educational perspective found in EPPW – Educational Perspective of Project Work -, created by professor Fernando Hernández, as well as a project work according to this perspective, based on the children’s book The Very Hungry Caterpillar (Eric Carle, 1969).
