O exercício de tornar-se um Analista Institucional

Abstract

Neste ensaio, discorreremos sobre o exercício de tornar-se um analista institucional. Tal exercício é um acontecimento que está no ato criador, que abole parcialmente em momentos pontuais rótulos, classificações, verdades absolutas que compõem hierarquias. O analista precisa se implicar nos processos, percorrer os movimentos das forças e formas que compõem o que conserva a instituição. Há de se habitar uma ilha, olhar o mundo com uma mistura de admiração, estupefação, estranhamento e curiosidade insaciável que traz solidão produtora de singularização de si e de coletivos. Há, ainda, de estar em auto-análise neste mesmo instante, analisar o ponto de vista que nos ocupa: a instituição. Devemos fazer uso da sua potência de luta de autoconservação, com todo o esforço de perseverar no risco. Roubar a autoconservação para enfrentar o extemporâneo. Não temer o esgotamento. Discutiremos, também, o conceito de multidão, pois o ofício do analista diz de movimentos que possam dar conta das flutuações que habitam o sujeito na instituição e que pode abandonar o plano de mudar. Multidão não dura. É Desertora das pequenas ilhas de mudanças. Mas faz uma experiência que possa germinar em conhecimento, criatividade, inteligência coletiva, engajamento subjetivo e responsabilidade. Ou entrar em linha de abolição, principalmente daquele que convoca a multidão que vai contra o poder de cima ou patriarcado. Neste caminho, vamos nos deparar com mais uma missão: investir na construção de raras e heroicas horizontalidades. Já que, com as forças da multidão, a análise institucional torna-se um empreendimento biopolítico, que arregimenta capacidades produtivas em determinado contexto social e, em última instância, a promoção de igualdade. Pensar que nos tornamos analistas institucionais é um respeito ao que está instituído, entretanto sem temer em inovar e aceitar os desafios que as instituições estão a todo momento clamando: chega do mesmo, chega do sempre. E para isso é necessário coragem, senso de oportunidade e uma verve intervencionista que se constrói em um plano existencial ético-estético-político de experimentação no limite de nós mesmos, nos aceitando como parte e estrangeiro de certa ordem, que se desfaz e refaz nas linhas de fuga que vazam nos acontecimentos que nos arrastam e fazem renascer.

In this essay we will address the exercise of becoming an institutional analyst. Such exercise is an event that relies on the creation act, which abolishes, partially and at specific moments, labels, classifications, absolute truth which, altogether, form hierarchies. The analyst must be involved in the processes, go through the movements of forces and forms that make that which preserves the instituition. He or she must inhabit an island, regard the world with a mixture of admiration, dismay, defamiliarization and insatiable curiosity that brings loneliness which produces singularization of the self and of collective. Furthermore, it is necessary to be in self-analysis at this very instant, to analyse the point-of-view that occupies us: the institution. We must make use of its fighting potency of self-preservation, with great effort to persevere the risk. To steal the self-preservation in order to face the extemporaneous. Not to fear exhaustion. We will also discuss the concept of multitude, hence the analyst's craft regards movements which may cope with the fluctuations that inhabit the subject in the institution and that may abandon the plan of changing. Multitude doesn't last. It is Deserter of small islands of change. But it makes an experience that may germinate in knowledge, creativity, collective intelligence, subjective engagement and responsibility. Or enter in the process of abolishment, mainly of that which summon the multitude which goes against the power above or patriarchal. On this way, we shall face yet another mission: invest on the construction of rare and heroic horizontalities. Since, together with the strengths of the multitude, the institutional analysis becomes a biopolitical enterprise, which rallies productive capacities on a given social context and, ultimately, the promotion of equality. To think we have become institutional analysts is respect to what is established, however, without fearing innovating and accepting the challenges that the institutions are claiming at all times: enough of the same, enough of always. And for that, it takes courage, sense of opportunity and an interventionist verve that is built upon an ethical-aesthetical-political existential plan of experimentation in our border and accepting ourselves as a part of and as a foreigner of a certain kind, that is undone and redone on the escape lines which leak on happenings that drag us out and make us reborn.
