O jovem empreendedor : o caso Kzuka

Abstract

Este trabalho pretende analisar como é a atuação de um jovem empreendedor na prática, percebendo-se a concreta realização de um sonho, além das características que envolvem este perfil. O que se deseja apresentar não é um traço definido de quem é e como é o jovem empreendedor. A pesquisa deseja demonstrar se há o encontro entre a teoria e a prática em se tratando do tema empreendedorismo, ou seja, se a vivência de um jovem empreendedor concorda ou discorda com aquilo que os autores divulgam na literatura sobre o assunto.

This work intends to analyze what is the situation of a young entrepreneur in practise, perceiving the concrete realization of a dream besides the characteristics that involve this profile. What is wished to present is not a definitive stroke of who is and what the young entrepreneur is like. The research wishes to demonstrate if there is or not a meeting, or link, between theory and practise when dealing with the subject of entrepreneurship, that is to say, if the life experience of a young entrepreneur is in agreement or disagreement with that which authors divulge in the literature about the subject.
