Abstract
The LTSN method is an analytical method to solve the system of differential equations resulting from the discrete ordinates (SN) approximation to the neutral partide transport equation, i.e., the solution of the system SN equations is obtained without approximations in its derivation. Classically, due to the existence of a singularity in the direction = 0, N is taken even numbers. In this work, in order to study the in uence of this singularity in the solution behavior, an analytical solution i ...
In this work, in order to study the in uence of this singularity in the solution behavior, an analytical solution is presented for the system of the SN equations with odd N. Numerical simulations and comparisons with the results obtained by the LTSN method with even N are presented. ...
