A televisão como motivação para a aprendizagem na pré-escola

Abstract

Ao detectar que crianças de Educação Infantil veem televisão sem serem motivadas para a construção de conhecimentos que possam ter continuidade no seu cotidiano pessoal e escolar, pois apenas assistem programas como mero lazer, sendo este o problema verificado durante os estudos e atividades realizadas em sala de aula fazendo com que o objetivo para desenvolver esta monografia fosse o de investigar a influência da televisão como meio de motivação para a aprendizagem na Pré- Escola, bem como o trabalho desenvolvido pelos professores de Educação Infantil. O trabalho partiu de uma análise reflexiva sobre a Televisão como motivação para a aprendizagem na Pré-Escola, entendendo que grande parte do conhecimento infantil é adquirida pela mídia eletrônica, sendo a televisão o meio mais presente na vida familiar. A Televisão é uma ferramenta didática que exerce influencia na vida do aluno e a sua utilização no ambiente escolar promove a leitura da realidade. A televisão fornece informações importantes de um conteúdo, podendo ser um recurso ilustrativo, motivando assim o aluno a aprender. O tema mostra que o uso da televisão é mais que uma questão pedagógica sobre fatores que interferem no desenvolvimento da criança, ela também é uma discussão social, pois serve de apoio na tarefa de educar do professor como sendo um instrumento de responsabilidade na construção de cidadãos críticos e reflexivos na escola. Também leva o professor a interpretar e entender as tecnologias através das diversas mídias evidenciando o papel que a televisão exerce na formação ideológica para o consumo, abordando os aspectos positivos da mesma nos processos educativos, indicando a mediação pedagógica no sentido de ensinar as crianças a verem TV de maneira refletida e crítica. Através de conversações com os professores e observações feitas em relação às atitudes das crianças diante da televisão, foi possível elencar dados sobre o uso da TV na sala de aula e, por meio de uma atividade prática verificou-se que é possível integrar a televisão na sala de aula e trabalhar diversas linguagens necessárias ao desenvolvimento e construção de conhecimentos pelas crianças a partir da Educação Infantil.

The work started with a reflective analysis on Television as motivation for learning in Preschool, understanding that much of the knowledge gained by the child's electronic media, with television being the most present in family life. The TV is a teaching tool that exerts influence on student life and their use in the school environment promotes reading of reality. Television provides an important information content, which may be a feature of illustration, motivating students to learn. The theme shows that the use of television is more than a matter of pedagogical factors that affect the development of children, she is also a social discussion, it serves to support the task of educating the teacher as an instrument of accountability in building citizens critical and reflective in school. It also takes the teacher to interpret and understand the technologies through various media highlighting the role that television plays in the ideological formation for consumption by addressing the positive aspects of the same in the educational processes, indicating the mediation in order to teach children to see TV so thoughtful and critical. Through conversations with teachers and observations about the attitudes of children watching television, it was possible to list information about using TV in the classroom and through practical activity has been found that it is possible to integrate the TV in classroom and work several languages necessary for the development and construction of knowledge by children from the kindergarten.
