O programa nacional de alimentação escolar em Ibirapuitã – RS

Abstract

Este trabalho tem como tema o Programa Nacional de Alimentação Escolar em Ibirapuitã, um estudo do andamento do programa a partir da nova Lei que exige a aquisição de no mínimo trinta por cento de alimentos oriundos da agricultura familiar do município de Ibirapuitã. Embora este tema seja componente de muitos estudos, ainda permanecem importantes lacunas, deste modo a pesquisa teve como objetivo contribuir na identificação das potencialidades, das dificuldades e barreiras das unidades de produção agrícola familiar da região de Ibirapuitã participarem do Programa Nacional de Alimentação Escolar (PNAE). Dessa forma, objetivo-se a verificar o andamento do programa no município ao mesmo tempo identificar as barreiras e dificuldades que estão impedindo agricultores familiares de entregar seus produtos para o PNAE e para complementar identificar os benefícios que o programa pode trazer para comunidade em geral.

This work has as its theme the National School Feeding in Ibirapuitã, a study of the progress of the program from the new law that requires the acquisition of at least thirty percent of food from family farms in the municipality of Ibirapuitã. Although this topic is a component of many studies, important gaps still remain, so the research aimed to contribute to the identification of potentials, the difficulties and barriers of family farm production units in the region of Ibirapuitã participate in the National School Feeding Program (PNAE). Thus, the aim is to check the progress of the program in the city at the same time identify the barriers and difficulties that are preventing farmers to deliver their products to complement PNAE and identify the benefits that the program can bring to the community at large.
