SGIHAB : um sistema web para gerenciamento de informações habitacionais do Departamento Municipal de Habitação de Porto Alegre

Abstract

Este trabalho descreve o processo de desenvolvimento, na plataforma Web, de um sistema unificado de gerenciamento de informações sobre habitação para atender uma demanda do Departamento Municipal de Habitação de Porto Alegre. Atualmente este tipo de gerenciamento é feito por um conjunto disperso de sistemas legados e ferramentas. O objetivo com este novo sistema é organizar e difundir internamente as informações sobre as intervenções do DEMHAB de forma mais qualificada, permitindo incluir e alterar informações sobre áreas onde o DEMHAB interveio e visualizar diversos tipos de relatórios. Este texto descreve a situação atual e apresenta as características principais do novo sistema e de seu desenvolvimento.

This work describes the development process, in the Web platform, of a unified management system of information on housing to attempt a demand of Municipal Housing Department of Porto Alegre. Currently this type of management is done by a loose collection of legacy systems and tools. The aim with this new system is to organize and disseminate information internally about the interventions of DEMHAB more qualified, allowing adding and changing information on areas where DEMHAB stepped in and view various types of reports. This text describes the current situation and presents the main features of the new system and its development.
