O farmacêutico na judicialização da saúde : uma revisão de literatura

Abstract

O presente artigo tem como objetivo conduzir uma revisão de literatura visando identificar a contribuição do farmacêutico no contexto da judicialização da saúde no Brasil. A pesquisa consiste em uma revisão da literatura que abrange a análise de artigos publicados no período compreendido entre setembro de 2018 a novembro de 2023. Foi utilizado o descritor de interesse "Judicialização em Saúde" nas bases de dados Electronic Library Online (SciELO), Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), Medline via PubMed. Foram encontrados nas bases de dados 462 artigos ao todo, após a análise com relação a pergunta norteadora "Qual a produção científica existente sobre a participação do Farmacêutico na Judicialização da Saúde Brasileira?” e aos critérios de exclusão restaram apenas 4 artigos para a revisão. Nesses artigos evidenciou-se a atuação do farmacêutico em aspectos administrativos da Assistência Farmacêutica de medicamentos judicializados, na fase pré-processual, contribuindo para a redução da possibilidade de ações judiciais e o acompanhamento farmacoterapêutico após dispensação de análogos de insulina por via judicial. Apesar dos estudos significativos sobre a judicialização da saúde no país, a análise específica do papel do farmacêutico carece de atenção detalhada. A falta de pesquisas dedicadas a essa área ressalta a importância de compreender melhor o envolvimento do farmacêutico na judicialização da saúde.

This article aims to conduct a literature review aiming to identify the contribution of the pharmacist in the context of the judicialization of health in Brazil. The research consists of a literature review that covers the analysis of articles published in the period between September 2018 and November 2023. The descriptor of interest "Judicialization in Health" was used in the databases Electronic Library Online (SciELO), Biblioteca Virtual Health (VHL), Medline via PubMed. A total of 462 articles were found in the databases, after analysis in relation to the guiding question "What is the existing scientific production on the participation of Pharmacists in the Judicialization of Brazilian Health?" and the exclusion criteria left only 4 articles for review. These articles highlighted the role of the pharmacist in administrative aspects of Pharmaceutical Assistance for judicialized medicines, in the pre-procedural phase, contributing to the reduction of the possibility of legal actions and monitoring pharmacotherapeutic after dispensing insulin analogues through judicial means. Despite significant studies on the judicialization of health in the country, the specific analysis of the role of the pharmacist lacks detailed attention. The lack of research dedicated to this area highlights the importance of better understanding the pharmacist involvement in the judicialization of health.
