Resumo
Descrevemos quatro casos didáticos de lesões hepáticas hipervasculares exofíticas, dentre elas hemangioma, hepatocarcinoma (CHC), hiperplasia nodular focal (HNF) e adenoma. Dentre as características de imagem observadas, destacamos as seguintes como de extrema utilidade para determinar a sua natureza: Intensidade de sinal em T1 e em T2, presença de washout ou "cápsula" com realce, cicatriz central e presença ou ausência de captação do contraste na fase hepatobiliar.
Abstract
We have reported four didactic cases of exophytic hypervascular liver lesions, including hemangioma, hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), focal nodular hyperplasia (FNH), and adenoma. Among the imaging characteristics observed, we highlight the following as extremely useful for evaluating their nature: signal intensity on T1 and T2 weighted sequences, a lesion with washout or an enhancing "capsule", central scar, and the contrast uptake in the hepatobiliary phase.
