Música na Base Nacional Curricular : uma bibliografia comentada

Abstract

Este trabalho tem como tema a educação musical na Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC). Toma como ponto de partida dificuldades vivenciadas na trajetória da autora como professora de música nos anos iniciais do ensino fundamental para encontrar um direcionamento para o planejamento do ensino de música tendo a BNCC como norteadora da organização dos conteúdos e atividades, dificuldades que levaram ao questionamento da forma como a música e as artes vêm sendo tratadas na Base. A partir disso, definiu-se como objetivo geral deste trabalho analisar o que a literatura tem discutido sobre a música na BNCC. A metodologia utilizada foi a pesquisa bibliográfica comentada, que foi realizada através de um levantamento e seleção de trabalhos publicados posteriormente ao ano de homologação da BNCC, isto é, 2017. Os trabalhos foram buscados em bases de dados on-line e sites de periódicos brasileiros da área de música. Foram selecionados apenas artigos, sendo excluídos da análise trabalhos em anais de eventos, capítulos de livros, teses e dissertações. Após essa seleção, foi realizada a escrita de um comentário para cada trabalho, destacando sua relevância e contribuição para o entendimento do tema em questão. Os autores dos artigos analisados criticam a falta de especificidade nas competências e habilidades propostas, a visão estética limitada da música, a polivalência do ensino das artes e a influência mercadológica nas políticas educacionais. Defendem uma educação musical que valorize a diversidade cultural, as práticas sonoras dos alunos e a formação docente especializada. O trabalho conclui que, apesar dos avanços legais, a implementação da educação musical ainda enfrenta muitos desafios, sendo essencial continuar lutando por um espaço que respeite as especificidades das artes e promova uma educação inclusiva e significativa.

This undergraduate final paper has as its theme music education in the National Common Curricular Basis (BNCC). It takes as a starting point difficulties experienced in the author's career as a music teacher in the early years of elementary school to find a direction for planning music teaching with the BNCC as a guide for organizing content and activities, difficulties that led to questioning the way music and the arts have been treated at the BNCC. From this, it was defined as the general aim of this paper to analyze what the literature has discussed about music in the BNCC. The methodology used was the annotated bibliography, which was carried out through a search and selection of studies published after the year of approval of the BNCC, that is, 2017. The studies were searched for in online databases and websites of Brazilian music journals. Only papers were selected; conference proceedings, book chapters, theses and dissertations were excluded from the analysis. After this selection, a comment was written for each studt, highlighting its relevance and contribution to the understanding of the theme in question. The authors of the studies analyzed criticize the lack of specificity in the proposed skills and abilities, the limited aesthetic vision of music, the lack of specificity in the treatment of each art (dance, drama, music and visual arts), in education and the market influence on educational policies. They defend that music education should value cultural diversity, students’ sound practices and specialized teacher training. The paper concludes that, despite legal advances, the implementation of music education still faces many challenges, and it is essential to continue fighting for a space that respects the specificities of the arts and promotes inclusive and meaningful education.
