Fatores que levam atletas universitárias da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul a prática do futsal : um estudo acerca de sua iniciação, alegrias, decepções e expectativas

Abstract

Esta pesquisa objetivou analisar os fatores que levam atletas universitárias da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) à prática do futsal. Realizou um estudo acerca de sua iniciação esportiva no futsal, suas alegrias, decepções e expectativas. Especificamente buscou: Verificar como foi o processo de iniciação no futsal; verificar a participação da família na modalidade esportiva escolhida pela atleta (futsal); investigar os preconceitos vivenciados ao longo da sua prática frente ao futsal; averiguar as alegrias e /ou decepções experimentadas pela prática do futsal; constatar os fatores que as motivam a jogar futsal; verificar as suas expectativas quanto ao futsal. Para tanto foram entrevistadas seis atletas da equipe universitária de futsal feminino da UFRGS. A pesquisa é um estudo de caso e faz um corte qualitativo tendo na entrevista semi-estruturada seu principal instrumento de captação de informação. A análise dos dados foi realizada a partir do diálogo entre os depoimentos das atletas com a literatura: Mulher e o esporte no mundo, Mulher e o esporte no Brasil, Mulher e o futsal e Pesquisas relacionadas à mulher e o futsal. Os resultados foram divididos em seis categorias de análise: 1.Mulheres, futsal e iniciação; 2.Mulheres, futsal e família; 3.Preconceitos e futsal feminino; 4.Futsal feminino: Alegrias X decepções; 5.Fatores motivacionais ligados à mulher no futsal e 6.Expectativas futuras quanto ao futsal feminino. Na categoria 1 identificamos que metade das entrevistadas tiveram seus processos de iniciação vinculados às ruas, 2 vinculado à escola, e 1 ligado a um clube. Na segunda categoria é possível observar a resistência dentro do núcleo familiar. Das pesquisadas 2 tiveram apoio por parte da mãe, 2 da família em geral, 1 teve apoio oriundo do pai e 1 do avô. As meninas que possuíam namorados sempre contaram com o apoio desses a fim de se perpetuar no futsal. Na categoria 3, apenas uma das entrevistadas nunca sofreu com problema (preconceito), em contraponto às demais. Dentre os preconceitos citados estão os ligados a mulher e o esporte em geral, os relacionados as diferenças que a mídia faz entre o futsal feminino e masculino, os relacionados a sexualidade e por fim dos preconceitos vivenciados dentro da UFRGS. Na quarta categoria evidenciou-se que para as entrevistadas as alegrias estão nas amizades criadas em torno do futsal, em viagens para competições, nas suas vitórias por mais simples que seja a partida e por fim, no simples fato de poder estar praticando. Já as decepções estão fortemente ligadas às derrotas, ao não jogar bem, à falta de apoio e ao fato de ter que provar ser boa sempre. Na categoria 5 todas as respostas vão ao mesmo encontro: Amor, dedicação e paixão pelo esporte. Na última categoria os resultados são os mais surpreendentes e também entristecedores. Apenas uma das meninas ainda possui aspiração de vir a se tornar uma jogadora profissional. Para elas jogar pela UFRGS já é estar em uma equipe grande. Para os meninos o vinculo ao futsal universitário é um início, enquanto que para as meninas é o ápice.

This research objectified analyze the factors that carry academic athletes of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) to futsal practice. It accomplished a study concerning its sporty initiation in futsal, their happinesses, deceptions and expectations. It specifically sought: Verify how was the initiation process in futsal; verify family's participation in the sporty modality chosen by the athlete (futsal); investigate the prejudices lived along its practice front to futsal; Ascertain the happinesses and /or deceptions experienced by futsal practice; Verify the factors that motivate them to play futsal; verify their expectations regarding futsal. For so much were interviewed six futsal academic team athletes feminine of UFRGS. The research is a study of case and does a qualitative cut having in the interview your semistructured information capitation main instrument. The data analysis was accomplished from the dialog among athletes' depositions with the literature: Woman and the sport in the world, Woman and the sport in Brazil, Woman and futsal and Researches related to woman and futsal. The results were divided into six analysis categories: 1.Women, futsal and initiation; 2.Women, futsal and family; 3.Prejudices and futsal feminine; 4.Futsal feminine: Happinesses X deceptions; 5.Motivacional factors linked to the woman in futsal and 6. Future expectations regarding futsal feminine. In the category 1 identify half the interviewees had their initiation processes entailed to the streets, 2 entailed to school, and 1 linked to a club. In the second category is possible the resistance inside the family nucleus was observed. Of the searched 2 had support by the mother, 2 of the family in general, 1 had father's derived support and 1 of the grandfather. The girls who owned boyfriend and girlfriend always relied on the support from these in order to perpetuate in the futsal. In the category 3, just one of the interviewees never suffered with problem (prejudice), in counterpoint to the too much. Among the cited prejudices are the linked the woman and the sport in general, relacioàsdos the differences that the media does between futsal feminine and masculine, relacioàados the sexuality and finally of the prejudices experienced inside UFRGS. On fourth category it evidenced that for the interviewees the happinesses are in the friendships maids around of futsal, in travels for competitions, in their victories for simpler than is the departure and finally, in the simple fact of caning be practicing. Already the deceptions are strongly linked to the defeats, when not playing well, to the support lack and to the fact of having that prove to be good always. In the category 5 all the answers will go to the same encounter: Love, dedication and passion for sport. In the last category the results are the most surprising and also sorrowful. Just one of the girls still owns aspiration of coming to turn be become a professional player. For they throw by UFRGS is already be to play a great team. For the boys entail it to futsal academic is a beginning, while for the girls is the apex.
