Tempo, terra, a terra do meu tempo : questões de topofilia, identidade e memória, em Cora Coralina e Zeca Preto

Abstract

Na literatura observamos um campo de atuação multilógico que possibilita as mais distintas lógicas interpretativas (ETTE, 2016). Ela une espaço e tempo numa dialética polissêmica que dispõe aos leitores a capacidade de identificarem-se com os mais variados contextos dispostos nos textos literários, sobretudo na poesia, por abrigar em seu cerne a essência do SaberViver/Vivenciar. Cora Coralina e Zeca Preto são poetas que usam temas de seus lugares (Goiás e Roraima) em suas composições, ou seja, ambos produzem poemas que refletem traços de seus lugares, suas vivências e memórias, e nisso consiste a proximidade entre seus textos poéticos no que se refere ao sentimento topofílico que marca a essência dos sujeitos dispostos nos poemas. Embora publicados em regiões bastante distintas geograficamente, esses textos descrevem subjetivamente paisagens, revelam apegos, bem como suscitam sentimentos que possibilitam identificações e pertencimento às histórias dispostas em seus versos, sem que necessariamente o leitor de suas obras pertença especificamente a nenhum dos dois lugares. Encontramos na literatura comparada um leque de observações que nos permite uma mais eficiente conexão com as literaturas do mundo. Nesse sentido, essa pesquisa utilizou-se dos métodos dos estudos literários comparados para alcançar o objetivo de analisar como a relação sujeito-tempo-lugar, pensada a partir dos conceitos de "espaço", "lugar" e "topofilia", pode contribuir/influenciar na constituição/afirmação de identidades, considerando a mediação da memória nesse processo, tomando como base os textos poéticos de Cora Coralina e Zeca Preto. Para tanto, a pesquisa teve como âncoras teóricas Carvalhal, Claval, Ette, Tuan , Bergson, Halbwachs, entre outros.

In literature, we observe a multilogical field of activity that enables various interpretative logics (ETTE, 2016). It combines space and time in a polysemic dialectic that grants readers the ability to identify themselves with diverse contexts presented in literary texts, particularly in poetry, as it encompasses the essence of the art of living/experiencing. Cora Coralina and Zeca Preto are poets who incorporate themes from their environments (Goiás and Roraima) into their compositions. In other words, both produce poems that reflect characteristics of their places, experiences, and memories, thus creating a proximity between their poetic texts regarding the topophilic feeling that marks the essence of the subjects portrayed in the poems. Despite being published in geographically distinct regions, these texts subjectively describe landscapes, reveal attachments, and evoke feelings that allow for identification and a sense of belonging to the stories depicted in their verses, without the reader necessarily belonging specifically to either of the two places. Comparative literature offers a range of observations that allow us to be connected to the literatures of the world. In this sense, this research used comparative literary studies methods to achieve the objective of analyzing how the subject-time-place relationship, conceptualized through the notions of "space," "place," and "topophilia," can contribute/influence the constitution/affirmation of identities, considering the mediation of memory in this process, based on the poetic texts of Cora Coralina and Zeca Preto. The theoretical framework of this research included Carvalhal, Claval, Ette, Tuan, Bergson, Halbwachs, among others.
