A presente monografia teve como objetivo identificar e analisar as mudanças que o uso de videochamadas na realização de entrevistas telejornalísticas, em razão do advento da pandemia da Covid-19, provoca no âmbito da forma e do conteúdo das reportagens de TV. A rápida transmissão do coronavírus, em 2020, afetou o funcionamento das emissoras e obrigou que os jornalistas se adaptassem à nova realidade do isolamento social. Uma das soluções encontradas para que os telejornais pudessem seguir atuando na divulgação de notícias foi o uso das plataformas de vídeo, como Zoom e Google Meet, para entrevistar as fontes de informação. O objeto de pesquisa selecionado foi o RBS Notícias, o principal telejornal local do Rio Grande do Sul e, também, de grande representatividade nacional. Os conceitos de telejornalismo tradicional, imagem ideal, entrevista e convergência midiática são acionados para fundamentar a pesquisa e perpetuar a análise. A metodologia empregada foi a análise de conteúdo, em conjunto com a pesquisa bibliográfica. Adotou-se a abordagem qualitativa. Os resultados mostram que a entrevista online, mediada pelas telas, impacta significativamente a qualidade da construção das reportagens televisivas do RBS Notícias. Os problemas no enquadramento, ângulo, iluminação, áudio e nitidez foram frequentes, principalmente no primeiro ano pandêmico. Com o passar do tempo, os entrevistados se mostraram mais preparados para fazer uma boa utilização da tecnologia. Também foi evidenciada a importância do uso das videoconferências como alternativa para manter o telejornalismo funcionando em meio à crise. ...

The study aims to identify and analyze the changes caused by the use of video calls in the conduct of telejournalistic interviews, due to the advent of the Covid-19 pandemic, in the scope of the form and content of TV reporting. The rapid transmission of the coronavirus, in 2020, affected the functioning of broadcasters and forced journalists to adapt to the new reality of social isolation. One of the solutions found so that TV newscasters could continue to report the news was the use of video platforms, such as Zoom and Google Meet, to interview sources of information. The selected research object is RBS Notícias, the main local news program in Rio Grande do Sul and, also, of great national representation. The concepts of traditional telejournalism, ideal image, interview, and media convergence are used to support the research and perpetuate the analysis. The methodology employed was content analysis, together with bibliographic research. A qualitative approach was adopted. The results show that the online interview, mediated by the screens, significantly impacts the quality of the construction of the television reports of RBS Noticias. Problems in framing, angle, lighting, audio and sharpness are frequent, especially in the first pandemic year. As time went by, the interviewees became more prepared to make good use of the technology. The importance of using videoconferences as an alternative to keep telejournalism working in the midst of the crisis is also evidenced. ...
