Bilhete orientador : uma análise à luz da linguística textual

Abstract

Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo geral compreender o funcionamento textual do bilhete orientador, o que necessariamente implicou uma reflexão sobre a conceituação de texto, de sequência textual e de gênero discursivo. Para tanto, foram estabelecidos os seguintes objetivos específicos: a) definir um conceito de texto que abrigue as características composicionais dos bilhetes orientadores e, por conseguinte, b) contribuir com a discussão sobre a definição de texto no âmbito da Linguística Textual; c) pensar a organização dos bilhetes, à luz da teoria das sequências textuais proposta por Adam (2019) e d) fazer uma reflexão sobre a configuração genérica desses textos. Perseguindo esses objetivos, primeiramente, foi desenvolvido um amplo estudo sobre o uso dos bilhetes orientadores, com a finalidade de identificar aquilo que já se sabe sobre esse fenômeno linguístico e apontar lacunas que ainda precisam ser preenchidas – mais especificamente, evidenciamos que faltam investigações que entendam este objeto de estudo como um fenômeno linguístico, e não somente como um instrumento pedagógico de avaliação. Em seguida, fizemos a construção de uma linha teórica, a partir da reflexão sobre sequências textuais e protótipos do tipo descritivo, narrativo, argumentativo, explicativo, dialogal e injuntivo, conforme proposta de Jean-Michel Adam; além disso, realizamos outro deslocamento sobre o conceito de gêneros discursivos e gênero de incitação à ação. Por fim, analisamos um corpus de bilhetes orientadores, com a finalidade de observar as suas características linguísticas e seu funcionamento textual, além de verificar se nossas hipóteses teóricas sobre a classe de textos a que pertencem se sustentam.

The general objective of this research was to understand the textual functioning of feedback notes, which necessarily implied a reflection on conceptualization of text, textual sequence and discursive genre. To this end, the following specific objectives were set: a) to define a concept of text comprising the compositional characteristics of the feedback notes and, therefore, b) to contribute to the discussion on the definition of text within the sphere of Textual Linguistics; c) think about the organization of the notes, in the light of the theory of textual sequences as proposed by Adam (2019), and d) reflect on the generic configuration of these texts. In order to pursue these objectives, firstly, a broad study on the use of feedback notes was carried out, aiming at identifying what is already known about this linguistic phenomenon and pointing out issues that still need to be addressed - more specifically, we have noticed a lack of studies regarding this object of study as a linguistic phenomenon, instead of just a pedagogical assessment tool. Next, we built a theoretical line, based on the reflection on textual sequences and prototypes of descriptive, narrative, argumentative, explanatory, dialogic and injunctive type, as proposed by Jean-Michel Adam; in addition, the concept of discursive genres and inciting action genre underwent another displacement. Finally, we analyzed a corpus of feedback notes in order to identify their linguistic characteristics, besides verifying whether our theoretical hypotheses about the class of texts to which they belong are supported.
