Análise do papel da mulher na agricultura familiar do Rio Grande do Sul

Abstract

O presente estudo dedica-se à temática de desigualdades de gênero no espaço rural, tendo por objetivo demonstrar melhor a agricultura familiar do RS e demonstrar as desigualdades enfrentadas pelas mulheres deste setor na busca de um espaço onde possam conquistar sua independência financeira e ajudar financeiramente com a renda de suas famílias, buscando que esse espaço se torne cada vez mais igualitário, já que sabemos que muitas mulheres acabam não se posicionando ou tomando iniciativa por medo de seus maridos ou familiares, por ter sido ensinada culturalmente que isto seria errado. A delimitação socioespacial do estudo está no Estado do Rio Grande do Sul e os métodos empregados para a realização do estudo abrangeram aspectos qualitativos e quantitativos, para isso foram utilizados artigos, estudos e livros sobre o assunto, a partir da leitura desta leitura foram selecionados gráficos e imagens que ilustram a realidade analisada. Os resultados alcançados evidenciam que a sociedade ainda é muito desigual e ainda é preciso enfrentar muitas dificuldades e desafios no setor da agricultura familiar, como em muitos outros, mas ao contrário do que muitos pensam, a mulher não é o sexo frágil, e sim o sexo forte. Neste sentido, desistir não é uma opção para elas e com isso estamos a cada dia que passa conquistando mais o nosso lugar e alcançando melhores condições cotidianas para o processo de reprodução social. Todas estas mulheres sabem que a luta pela igualdade não é fácil e ainda precisa muito trabalho para que essa cultura seja mudada pela sociedade e pelos seus companheiros e familiares. Notamos com todas as pesquisas e análises feitas neste trabalho, que as mulheres tem conquistado cada vez mais seu espaço e sua independência financeira, pois o que vimos, é que a desocupação feminina no Estado do Rio Grande do Sul em 2018, é menos que a desocupação feminina no Brasil, o que nos prova que as mulheres gaúchas tem realmente ido em busca de igualdade e de independência.

These women know that the struggle for equality for all is not easy and they still need to work so that this culture is changed by society and by their partners and families. We noticed with all the researches and financially examined, that women increasingly conquered their space and their independence in the State of Rio Grande do Sul in 20, is less than their female occupation in the State of Rio Grande do Sul in 20, female unemployment in the Brazil, which proves to us that gaucho women have really gone in search of equality and independence.
