Agroecologia está “on” : uso das tecnologias de informação e comunicação pelo Núcleo Litoral Solidário da Rede Ecovida

Abstract

Buscamos nesse estudo compreender como as Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação (TICs) tem proporcionado novas formas de sociabilidade para o desenvolvimento rural tendo como estudo de caso o Núcleo Litoral Solidário (NLS) da Rede Ecovida de Agroecologia. Para isso discorremos sobre o novo rural, o conceito de TICs e como a comunicação por meio da Internet no espaço do rural tem possibilitado modificações de interações e sociabilidades, alterando o cotidiano e relações de comercialização. Ainda, tentando compreender os movimentos alternativos que deram origem ao conceito de Agricultura Ecológica, e o desenvolvimento da agroecologia como referência conceitual. A partir da consulta em documentos da Rede Ecovida, visou- se contextualizar a história do surgimento do NLS, bem como, a partir dos cadastros do MAPA, caracterizar os agricultores do Núcleo. Fizemos uso de um questionário no google formulários com os agricultores ecologistas do NLS, obtendo 20 respostas. E entrevista semiestrutura presencial com dois técnicos que prestam assessoria técnica agroecológica ao NLS. Discorremos sobre os fluxos de comunicação necessários para o seu funcionamento e a introdução das TICs, que vão sendo incorporadas na medida que emergem no contexto social e da necessidade de seu uso com o aumento de territórios de abrangência. Com a necessidade de isolamento social devido a Pandemia do Covid-19, as atividades tiveram de ser exclusivamente remotas, exigindo a adaptação dos processos de comunicação presenciais. Chega- se assim a possíveis reconfigurações dos fluxos comunicativos que passam a ter as TICs como auxiliares na agilidade, difusão, divulgação, e comunicação entre os integrantes do NLS. Destaca-se possíveis potencialidades e desafios do uso das TICs pelos agricultores, modificando rotinas e hábitos daqueles que as adotam, diminuindo as mobilidades físicas entre rural e urbano. Além da procura cada vez maior em se adaptar às tecnologias digitais, com a busca por divulgação e comercialização de seus produtos, e de seu modo de vida, mostrando que a agroecologia também está online.

We seek in this study to understand how Information and communications technology (ICT) have provided News forms of sociability for rural development, having as a case study the Núcleo Litoral Solidário of the Rede Ecovida de Agroecologia. For this, we discussed some topics such as the new rural, the concepto f ICTs. How the possible communication through the Internet in the rural space has made possible modifications of interactions and sociabilities, modifying the daily life as well relationships of commercialization, mainly in ecologial agriculture. Alternative movements that gave rise to the concepto f Ecological Agriculture, and the development of agroecology as a conceptual reference. The case study we sought through consultation of documents from the Rede Ecovida, to contextualize the history of the emergence of this and the NLS. And from the MAPA records, to characterize the farmers of the NLS. We used a Google Forms questionnaire with NLS ecologista farmers, getting 20 responses. And semi-structured face- to – face interview with two technicians who provide agroecological technical advice to the NLS. We discuss the communication flows necessary for the functioning of the NLS and the introduction of ICTs, which are being incorporated as They emerge in the social contexto and the need for their use with the increase of territories covered by NLS. With the need for social isolation due to the Covid- 19 Pandemic, activities had to be exclusively remote, requiring the adaptation of face- to- face communication processes. Possible reconfigurations of the communicative flows are reached, which now have ICTs as auxiliaries in agility, diffusion, dissemination and communication between the members of the NLS. Possible potentialities and challenges of the use ICTs by farmers are highlighted, modifying routines and habits of those who adopt them, reducing physical mobility between rural and urban. Addition to the increasing demand for them to adapt to digital Technologies, with the Search for dissemination and commercialization of their products, and their way of life, showing that agroecology is also online.
